If I Have To Heal PMDD In 3 Months, These Are My 7 Steps

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is not just the intense form of PMS, it’s the downstream effect of multiple organ systems going offline. There is a brain/mood layer, a gut microbiome layer, a digestive function layer, a brain-to-uterus-to-ovary communication and adequate hormone production layer, a toxin layer, and an emotional/spiritual/trauma layer. If I received this diagnosis today and said - no, this will not be my future - and claimed healing for myself in the next 3 months, I wouldn’t just sit on that hope, I would do something about it to properly manifest it. This would be my personal map for the next 90 days, as a practitioner and sensitive artist:

1. Immediate Rescue

  • Right away, I will get support for my mood and motivation by ordering a Neurotransmitter panel (Brain/Mood + Stress) Panel and a Complete Blood Chemistry Panel.

  • I most likely will see a depletion of serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine in my neuro results, leading to depression, anxiety, overwhelm, loss of focus, heightened sensitivity to pain, and inability to self-motivate, but it all depends on my personal health history, current digestive capabilities, diet, and emotional load. Based on my personal neurotransmitter levels, I will start rebuilding with natural non-addictive supports, like tryptophan or 5-HTP for serotonin or dl-phenylalanine for dopamine, as well as nutrients that are required for neuro conversion, like niacinimide for dopamine to norepinephrine or iron for tyrosine to dopamine.

  • Based on my blood chemistry, I will make a plan to address any anemia, support any low thyroid function, note any mineral or vitamin deficiencies, and test my gut microbiome and cell mediator reactions, if showing signs of dysbiosis, immune dysregulation and/or autoimmunity, and inflammation.

2. Honest Life Review

  • With this support and a structured plan in place, I will then spend a few days re-evaluating my life and taking a big step back from anyone or anything that I feel is consuming and not returning in equal measure.

  • As a Sensitive, my body will naturally hold the energy of those I am around. My default is to merge states, so either I master holding my energetic boundaries (which I have clearly not if I have PMDD) or I acknowledge that at this time in my life, the person/circumstance/job has too strong a pull to navigate in my current condition.

  • This is a tough choice, but I only have 3 months to heal, and I have to make an internal decision and move forward with what my body is asking for - it’s my first priority, my first call of stewardship. I may revisit once my body is no longer signaling distress and my ability to energetically contain myself is natural and easy.

3. Targeted Supplements & Food

  • Next, as soon as I have enough capacity and space, I will add in additional support through targeted supplements and food shifts. Again, guided by the test results and my symptoms.

  • I’ll start with dramatically increasing my daily magnesium uptake through capsules, foot/body baths and topical gels or oils, especially 2 weeks prior to my next bleed. This is proactive support for my final week of my luteal phase. I can expect to be cramp-free and potentially pain-free after 2-3 cycles.

  • I will eat 3-6 meals a day to communicate safety to my body, to take it out of the primal alarm state, pumping cortisol or draining my liver/kidney/spleen reserves. I will focus on foods that align with my blood type and my Human Design digestive wiring. I will have a healing, balancing hot tonic (full of powdered forms of nutrients I need) and eat within 1 hour of waking, and a small nourishing snack 30 minutes before bed.

  • Once I’ve mastered this rhythm, then I will slowly begin increasing the quality of my food, if this is not already in place.

  • I’ll then begin incorporating royal bee jelly and a yeast-free B complex that has incredibly high levels of B12, B9/Folate, B5 and B6 vitamins, and because I have the potential for an MTHFR mutation activation, I will take the methylated versions.

  • I will weave in adaptogens and other such balancing supplements that support the reduction of cortisol and the nourishment of my ovaries, uterus, brain, thyroid, and adrenals.

4. Hormone Testing

  • At about 1 month, or at my next luteal phase, I will collect a urine and salivary hormone panel to see my levels right before I bleed. I might see reduced, if not fully menopausal, levels of progesterone, moderate to high levels of my estrogens, and signs that my body is struggling to clear estrogens, cortisol, and cortisone.

  • Based on my results, I will bring in herbal supports to rebalance, and if my levels are deeply depleted, I’ll consider bio-identical oral supplementation, acknowledging I will need to retest every 4 months until the levels stabilize or show no further need of bio-identical support.

5. Nightly Pattern Reflection

  • After all my support is layered in, I’ll start keeping a nightly journal to note what happens each month (emotion, career, relationships, dreams, growth, disappointment).

  • The week before my period, I will read it all and determine the intensity level of my month. Based on this, I will increase or maintain my support to ease the next period, as every one of my periods is a direct reflection of the intensity of my previous month.

  • I will also note my remaining symptoms and reorder them according to the strongest impact. Whichever is my number one will become my focus, because this is the loudest message from my body, therefore the current priority (even if I want to focus on something else…).

6. Sleep Reset

  • If I am still struggling with sleep after all the above, I’ll use my emotional body map to determine what organ systems need support and what emotions I need to face and release at the body level through my voice, movement, massage, tapping, and energetic vibration. When I wake at these times, I’ll speak to that organ system with gentle kindness and place my hand where possible to hold, rub or pat as I feel intuitively led.

  • I’ll formulate a flower remedy using my subconscious swing to test the essences and then, out of curiosity, see how aligned it is with what I note on my body map. There will be a strong connection and possibly one or two surprises that reveal more of my subconscious state to me.

7. 90 Day Mark Review

  • If my next cycle is not significantly different, showing enough dynamic improvement to fall off the PDMM diagnosis requirements, then I’ll continue my support until I experience a luteal phase that is grounded, peaceful, creative and happy, a period that is completely pain-free and only a little tender or sensitive emotionally (this is natural, it’s a time of natural vulnerability and rest), and a follicular phase that is energized, light and focused.

  • I like to see the shifts on labs, so I will retest my blood chemistry and neurotransmitter panels at the 4-month mark, just to show myself how far I’ve come or how to adjust for future support.

  • At this point, I most likely will be weaning off my amino acid and conversion nutrients (saving them in my toolkit in case I find myself here again), and building out a more minimal maintenance protocol.

  • If my gut and thyroid show a much deeper need for care and rebalancing, then I will step into a reset season with a well-versed practitioner to get to the original cause of my diagnosis of PMDD, so that I don’t find myself here again in 6 months!

May this map offer you hope, because there IS hope! You are not here to suffer. Straight up, this is not a normal or acceptable way to live. Do not take this diagnosis lying down. It is common, but not healthy. Your body is asking for your help. Lean in and honor it before it gets louder and more unbearable. You can do this, but if it feels impossible to walk alone, I’m here. This is why I created Mêrfleur. Book a session here to make a plan. Love to you.

If I Had to Heal Mold Toxicity in 6 Months, This is What I Would Do in 9 Steps

1. Test my whole body mycotoxin levels with a urine panel. This will tell me what specific toxins are in me and what targeted supports to use to clear them. Test my gut microbiome with a stool test to see if fungal spores are in my GI tract. This will tell me if my body has live colonization or just mold toxin buildup. These test results also give me a baseline to compare my progress in retests.

2. Drink half my weight in ounces of water to keep my cells communicating: 16 oz of spring water upon waking to flush my kidneys of overnight waste, and the rest with a pinch of sea salt, sipping throughout the day to stay hydrated

3. Expand my capacity.

  • Realistically assess my present capacity level and bring in bandaid non-addictive supplements to lift my mood and energy so I can actually handle the extra work of healing for the next 6 months.

  • Notify my loved ones and peers that I will be taking on a “second job” for the next 6 months, so they don’t take my reduced availability personally and I can easily say no often.

4. Immediately open my main detox pathways - GI tract & skin: increase and improve my bowel movements to 1-3x daily - the intestines are the #1 route for clearance.

  • Add insoluble fiber to my diet - this grabs mycotoxins and pulls them out with regular stool release.

  • Add quality fats into every meals that encourage regular free flowing bile - nuts, avocado, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil are my top recommendations.

  • Sit and sweat in a sauna or bath and immediately shower afterwards - to clear the mycotoxins that can leave through the skin. Sweating while working out is different, you need to be resting (parasympathetic side of the nervous system) while sweating to have the best clearance

5. Focus on calm - parasympathetic nervous system activation. The more supported, stable, and relaxed my body is, the easier and more efficient it is to release mold spores and their toxins.

  • I would eat 3-6x a day, small meals to keep my body fueled and out of primal survival state.

  • I would go to bed at 10 PM every night and stay horizontal in bed until 8 AM to give the body time to regenerate. I would take natural and non-addictive sleep, and HPA supports to deepen and regulate my sleep.

6. Begin binders.

  • Layer in targeted binders, based on my test results. Slowly titrate these up to manageable doses for my unique capacity. Binder is a term that can include probiotic strains, multiple clays, minerals like zeolite, chlorella/chlorophyll, fibers, and more.

  • Layer in fungal clearing herb and mineral combos, based on my test results, to kill and remove any live mold colonization in the GI tract.

7. Add support for surrounding organs and address colonization of sinuses and lungs:

  • Supplements to support organ function, specifically liver and gallbladder for detox, spleen and gut for immune regulation, brain and cells for inflammation mitigation.

  • If I had chronic sinus congestion or tested positive for a MRSA nasal swab:

    • I would add in nasal biofilm busters and eradicators morning and night to my personal tolerance level.

  • If I had trouble breathing/lung colonization - elephant sitting on my chest - I would add in regular mouth/nasal nebulizing with diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide and or iodine, depending on my personal mineral status and capacity.

8. Add in high-tech tools, like weekly hyperbaric oxygen treatment for 60-75 minutes 1-3x weekly and rectal ozone insufflation 1-2x weekly. I would not listen to the practitioners on these and I would instead start very low and slow. I would titrate one at a time or alternating increases, so I don’t overwhelm my body.

9. After 90 days of taking the targeted binders and fungal clearing, I would pause for 2 weeks, then retest my mycotoxin panel and GI stool test to see my progress. If I’ve done it right and I walked the line of staying calm while moving through the discomfort of clearance, I will be clear. If not, then I know my body was holding far more than I knew and I give myself so much grace for all that I’ve been carrying over the years. I either take a break to give myself a moment or I dive back in and reset my supports in response to my results and invest even deeper into the high tech tools to speed up clearance to make my 6-month deadline

If this is you, I see you. I’ve walked this road personally, guided those I love to clear test results, and supported numerous clients over the years with this approach. It’s not an easy road, and it has many body nuances, subtle detox layers, and unique healing challenges that are overwhelming to navigate alone. Lesser-Known Signs of Mold & Mycotoxin Poisoning

MOLD. A huge part of my health story. I was exposed to heavy mold in my childhood home and then had subsequent exposures that brought me to my knees. It affected my hormonal development, my intelligence, my memory, my energy levels, my stress capacity, my relationships, and worst of all (in my perspective) my ability to meet my potential in almost every situation. I didn’t know this burden existed within me until my 30s, but once I did, I actually avoided it for a few years. This avoidance is a classic pattern for me that happens when my subconscious recognizes life-altering information, but my conscious mind is not able or ready to face all that it will ask of me. And I was right, it did ask A LOT of me. It took me having 3 heavy exposures in a row after this to finally devastate me to a level where the only solution was to take it seriously and go deep. So I did.

I started with what I knew and had access to financially, binders and eradicators, then I progressed to adding sauna, more targeted binders, red light, and ozone insufflation therapy, which really took it up a notch. I saw progress, but still felt off. The main turning point, for not just the mold and mycotoxin clearance but the other imbalances and downstream symptoms that had developed from this, came when I began hyperbaric treatments. I started HBOT for another massive health journey - skin cancer - one of those downstream effects of my system being wrecked for so long. Yet, in the end, it was what really progressed my clearance to the point of feeling like I was rebirthed! The euphoria and freedom and release I felt when this shift happened was literal heaven on earth for me. Suddenly, the world was open! I could be in moldy or high-allergy spaces and not be wrecked. I could recall the library of my brain again. I could think clearly about relationships. I could make decisions that required great nervous system capacity. I could eat almost anything I wanted without feeling bloated, nauseous, itchy or exhausted for days. I could spend time with friends and family and not need a week to recover. I could wear normal clothes and makeup without having reactions or breakouts. I could sleep and feel rested. I could cycle regularly like a healthy woman, with bright red blood and no pain. I could lose excess weight effortlessly without hard workouts or lowering my food intake. I was ME again, a healthy, full-grown woman for the first time ever. I had not experienced “health” since being a child, and even then, I was still far from normal.

Not everyone needs such heavy-hitting tools, but my levels of exposure from a young age, paired with a body that naturally struggled with detox and an emotional history that carried a lot of grief, confusion, and anger, meant that I required the extra steps. I always end up requiring the extra steps.

I’m not bitter about this anymore - I used to be in my 20s and early 30s, when I watched everyone around me navigating, seemingly effortlessly, the things that took everything in me to do. Now, I understand that we all have our hard journeys. They are just expressed in different ways and through different channels. I also no longer believe in health as a deserved basic. I see it as a gift that I can cultivate or reject. In summary, my health is simply the top channel for growth in my life. In others, it may be relationships or career, not that I don’t have those too, but the difference is that these areas of life are all a reflection of how I’m choosing to carry and treat my body. I experience life through my body. When I am on the right path and living authentically, my body shows it. When something is off, my body shows it. Again, this is a huge gift. Frustrating at times, but truthfully, the best gauge one could ask for these days. As a result, I no longer run from it. I lean in, regardless of how hard the request may be. I see my body’s needs as my path and my main learning channel. It is where I will always grow towards wholeness, and wherever the opportunity presents itself, help others do the same.

Lesser-Known Signs

Okay, so the reason you started reading this was to get the list of symptoms. How about I share those now ;). These are the expressions from the body that are either rarely discussed or the natural downstream cause of your cells swimming in mycotoxins and mold for years:

  • OCD

  • Hyperfixations on body sensations / Extra high sensitivity

  • Inability to stabilize: mentally, emotionally, physically

  • Mental looping

  • Cancer

  • GI tract not healing, despite clean detailed labs and comprehensively resetting the microbiome

  • Swelling

  • Moon face

  • Worts

  • Hair loss

  • Hair greying early

  • Skin pigmentation / Liver spots

  • Acne

  • Shallow sleep overnight & best sleep from 6 AM or later

  • Waking between 11-4 AM regularly

  • Intense vivid nightmares and dreams

  • Lost mission and purpose

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Stuck in a fear perspective

  • Unable to trust

  • Confusion

  • Hermiting

  • Overwhelmed easily by just about everything and everyone

  • Eyesight reduced

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Hypothyroid

  • Hypoadrenal

  • Loss of libido

  • Struggles with vinegar and citrus

Classic Signs of Mold & Mycotoxin Presence

Now, just in case you aren’t aware of the standard symptoms that would cause us to consider or test for mold and mycotoxins, here are the easily identifiable symptoms.

  • Allergies & hypersensitivites

  • Excess Mast Cell Mediator Release: histamine, cytokine, leukocytes, and more

  • Itchy eyes, skin, nose, scalp

  • Chronic or recurring UTIs, BV, yeast infections

  • Chronic sinus congestion

  • Brain fog

  • Recall struggles

  • Achy joints

  • Rashes

  • Exhaustion

  • Elephant on the chest - difficulty taking full breaths, especially when climbing stairs or walking

  • Candida identified in stool samples

  • Positive MRSA nasal swab

  • Damage or scar tissue in lung sacks upon scan

Mold and mycotoxins are being discussed and considered more regularly in the health world because a rise in issues has been occurring since the 80s. The way we built and still build our homes, offices, and schools lays the groundwork for loads of toxic water damage. As a result, much of the current population has had heavy exposure from a young age. 5G and other man-made frequencies have increased year after year, and these waves activate and encourage mold spore growth, expansion, and toxin release. Our bodies have also taken on the largest amount of stress ever seen in the history of our species. We carry the emotional weight and patterns of centuries of ancestors before us who didn’t have the space to process their patterns. It’s all coming to a head with us. And…. this is a GIFT. You are here at this time in history for a reason. You are meant to be the change. You are the ONE who will finally face and move through all your line has carried. It’s time to honor your body’s requests and support the release of at least this one burden, if not others along the way. Give the next generation a lighter load, where possible, and offer yourself the opportunity to find freedom and healing in this lifetime. I have done it. I am doing it. I will continue doing it. I’m here if you desire guidance and learned wisdom along your health journey. Love to you.

Nervous System Regulation – Is it Truly the Holy Grail of Healing?

Regulation is all the rage. It makes sense, right? Expand the body’s ability to hold pressure and stress so you can create, perform or present under pressure! Sounds ideal. How do I start? Well, ironically, this is where it gets a little overwhelming.

Nervous System Basics

The intent behind the concept of regulation is to soothe your nervous system so that it’s no longer in an extreme state of fight or flight – there are broader discussions that also include the states of freeze and fawn. Ultimately, your nervous system is primal and responds to everyday stressors and internalized unprocessed trauma as a threat. Whether it’s an obvious alarm-inducing moment, like a car coming full speed as you cross the street, or a subtle one, like sitting in high suspense during a white lotus episode, your body interprets it all as concerning. We are in danger, the brain says. This is actually normal and healthy. The issues arise when your body is not able to fully physically express its need to “run” or if your nervous system is too burdened to initiate a healthy stress-response and stress-recovery cycle. Regulating your nervous system simply means completing the stress-response and stress-recovery cycle by communicating to your body that it is in fact safe and can relax.

Most modern bodies, yours included, are in a state of continual stress, continual danger, according to the body. Meaning that since you and I were small, our bodies have been navigating the stress-response and recovery cycle. By the time most millennials reached their mid-20s their bodies were starting to show signs of overwhelm and burden. Don’t even get me started on the intensity of modern life for Gen Zs and younger. The information load, the technological stimuli, the financial hits, and most of all the toxin exposures are at an all-time high. Our bodies are evolving and attempting to catch up, but it's not fast enough. To put it bleakly, we are drowning.

High Sensitivity Nervous System Impact

Now, add in your unique sensory processing sensitivity, otherwise known as being an HSP, and this gets a bit more involved. Your body’s alarm-mode is highly-tuned to the world and operates at a heightened level. A potent Anthropology candle your aunt had burning all day in your guest room, the slight furrow of your partner’s forehead, the emotionally tender neighbor that looks to you hopefully for a listening ear, the bright LED office lights just installed, the energetic load of walking through a busy mall, the tag on your new jeans you can’t change out of… it all adds up to create additional layers of stress that the average human is not navigating. I strongly feel that your sensitivity is a calling, a gift and a large portion of why you are here – your purpose, if I may. Your ability to take in far more information than the humans around you makes you a strategic player. If we agree with the concept of survival of the fittest, you are here because your gifting is an advantage to the human race. You are like a well-trained scout, able to see the tracks and the warnings before danger arrives.

You are the classic example of the canary in the coal mine. What you notice and take in is often a reflection of what needs to shift for the betterment of all humanity. That toxic candle? It bothers you for a reason. It’s impacting your liver and brain, and your body is supercharged to recognize that instantly. Those less sensitive than you will not register this. If you courageously requested it be snuffed out and the windows opened and fresh air to once again rebalance the environment, you just lifted a huge weight off of your body, and your aunt’s. She may never realize, understand, or appreciate your impact, but her body will. You are a leader, a change maker, a catalyst, whether you realize it or not. Your needs are the needs of everyone, you’re just a few steps ahead. The resulting effect of your heightened abilities is that your stress-response is quickly and easily activated, and your stress-recovery is challenging to diffuse. The long-term ramifications of this lead us back to the discussion of nervous system regulation.

Nervous System Regulation – Trend or Transformative?

Nervous system regulation is being touted as the solution to everything these days, from money blocks to childhood tantrums to relationship conflict. The safer your body feels the freer it thinks, acts, and emotes. So simple. So bite-size. So sellable…

What if there’s more to it? There is. The body is very layered, intricate, and complex. Our current scientific community is nowhere close to fully mapping out all that it holds, yet we love to believe it is containable, labelable. It makes life feel more stable. We want to be in control, especially of our bodies. No one wants to be trapped in a car without access to the brakes or steering. The trouble is that in our rush to simplify, we often miss the fullness of the body. The obsession with shortcutting the nervous system is no exception.

Your nervous system is guided by your brain. Your brain is an organ that is deeply impacted by the state of your entire body – your immune system, your hormone production, your metabolism – and in turn all these functions are guided by the managers that live in your brain, the hypothalamus and pituitary. It’s a beautiful feedback circle. A regulating cycle.

The actual meaning of regulation is to adjust, to bring to order, to balance the highs and lows in the body, responding appropriately to the situation. This is exactly what we need, but do the current and commonly proposed solutions provide this?

The common go-tos at the moment include tapping, sensation tracking, breathwork, affirmation statements, movement, and if you get deeper it can also start to include frequency work and bio-hacking technology. What’s interesting is that most of these tools assume the body has the ability to complete the first part of the cycle – the stress-response. In other words, the cortisol release, the activation, the flight or fight is assumed, and all that’s needed is the ability to calm it down and prevent the continuation of this heightened state.

Regulation Pre-Requisitions

Interestingly, what I’ve found in my clinical practice is that many HSPs are no longer able to activate their danger reaction. They are burnt out. The organs that initiate the stress-response cycle – adrenals and brain – are kaput. They have lost capacity.

Regulation needs more than just calming and soothing supports. It requires full recovery followed by rejuvenation that ultimately leads to the dream state for us HSPs - resilience. This is what is missing from the nervous system discussion. This also explains why the standard nervous system tools may not have been successful for you. There’s an answer, hope, and robust solutions available for recovery.

Okay, so great, Jess, how do I recover and build resilience?

A deep body reset, at the organ and cellular level. Let me explain.

Your body is working for you. It’s doing its utmost to keep you alive, but this means it has had to put many stressors on the back burner. To be very direct, you are likely a complex collection of digestive distress, organ dysfunction, cellular malfunction, internalized emotional and physical pain, high toxin presence, and multiple unresolved, potentially chronic infections.

This is a lot to hear and consider, but it’s the present result of our modern era and the consistent truth I see over and over again in my health consulting with HSPs. I believe power comes from awareness, then honest and efficient support.

Understanding Your Health Story

How did you get here? Well, your body is brilliant. Over the years as you took on more work, supported your community above and beyond, chose to care for others over your own rest and recovery, took another pill to quick-fix an infection to avoid being sick and disappointing anyone, prioritized weight loss over your need for nourishment, hoped the air, water and construction around you was safe, accepted what the trendsetters and cultural experts said was best for you without honoring what your sensitive heart and body requested, tried your best to believe that you were “fine” and that it was all in your head, just as they said… your body had to adjust and adjust it did, continually compensating left and right, throwing off your natural digestive, detoxifying, and regenerative cycles till they couldn’t hold up the fort any longer.

If you are at the point of zero capacity, dealing with chronic symptoms and still being told you are normal or just need to learn how to manage your emotions and regulate your nervous system, then it’s quite possible that even though externally you appear “fine”, internally your body is vulnerable and tender, inflamed and swollen, slow and sluggish, malnourished and starving, scared and frozen, weary and struggling...if only your body could talk…

It does. Symptoms are messages from your body. It’s not in your head. What you feel is real and it needs to be honored and addressed. We have normalized sickness to the extent that most of your messages go unnoticed or labeled as acceptable by experts. The truth is – anything less than robust vitality is a state of imbalance, a lack of full health, and you deserve to be heard, respected, and supported accordingly.

Wow. I’m the bearer of good news today! I am a very optimistic soul, but what I often see lacking when it comes to health is truth-telling. We sensitives are seen as delicate and as a result healthcare experts tend to walk delicately around us or sugarcoat. I believe we can handle direct honesty when given with care, and actually I feel we need it. I know you are strong enough to consider that this may be your story today. Perhaps not, everyone has their own healthy journey and range, but I am here to support those who have been through the ringer and want to know, really know, what’s going on inside their bodies. If this is you, I see you and I understand what you’ve been through. This was and is my story too.

Resetting a Highly Sensitive Body

Resetting your body is an involved process, but it does not need to happen all at once. In fact, it can’t be. Your sensitive body moves and heals like an onion – layer by layer. This is actually a gift. It means that you simply address what the body presents, and then when that resolves, you wait for the next layer to appear, which could be instant, if you pursue it, or a few years down the road, if you let it build up and get loud. I recommend you get started by working with a highly trained practitioner who understands your innate sensitivity and its implications on body function and, in my humble opinion, even more importantly, knows how to listen to your unique body’s requests. If you’re a self-healing extraordinaire, then educating yourself on the foundational functions of your body, learning how to interpret your body’s messages, observing and honoring the nuanced ebb and flow of detoxing a sensitive body, and creating a daily rhythm to support the rebuilding of your body’s reserves, alongside the standard nervous system regulation tools, are key.

To turn our present human collective around, we, the scouts, the sensitive canaries in the coalmine, need to acknowledge that our bodies come first and live according to what enlivens, not depletes us. This starts with ownership. Ownership first of the beauty and power of sensitivity and, secondly, ownership over the health of our bodies. Though we are in a very challenging time and our traditional health structures and culture are in many ways unsupportive, we must take responsibility for our bodies and gently and consciously start to peel back our onion layers. Nervous system regulation is the answer to many of our blocks, but it can only serve us if the body has the juice to produce the energy required to regulate.

Reset your body’s function, at the organ and cellular levels, and watch yourself open up and transform in every area of your life. A sensitive phoenix, you will be reborn.
