Welcome to another interesting week! We have some big movement today with a shift from forceful, high-speed must-do-now Aries energy into the slower, sustainably-nurturing, body-focused Taurean energy. In other words, if you find yourself pausing before decisions, thinking more about long-term results, feeling a pull to look at your diet, exercise more strategically, or make time to sleep deeply… you’re right on track! This is a lovely moment in the year to refuel and rebuild yourself before the fiery energy hits hard again.
The early half of this week continues what was started this weekend. Whatever entered your life or was revealed and confirmed Saturday and Sunday - move steadily forward.
On Thursday, we deepen into an even more focused energy. We are being invited to be more consciously alive in each moment, more still yet awake, more PRESENT.
Presence was the theme of 2025 for me, and it led me to my theme of 2026, which is Focus. What I’ve found is that in order to even begin the journey of focus, we need to cultivate presence. Presence allows us to hear our body (the most important piece), then from here we can see others clearly, and finally be able to move with intention and understanding. This progression is what we need most in these intense times. The constant urgency and frantic action of this year has created a rush and react norm that is not benefiting anyone.
The more you can hold your ground, come back to yourself and radiate pure embodied truth - the more you can generously impact this world at its height of chaos. Matching fight with fight rarely goes well. Matching fight with grounded presence, well, that’s where resolution, healing, and redemption occur. Use this week to become the one who brings pure presence to the fiery fight.

MOON in Cancer | 5.18
Observe your appetite under this moon. Do you wake up hungry? Ideally, we want a complete emptying of the bowels overnight and strong stomach acid ignites this action. One way to check if your stomach is firing and strong is to (gently) stick the end of your tooth brush towards the back of your throat. If you feel the urge to gag, you’re good. If not, we may have a floppy LES (lower esophageal sphincter) and a more alkaline stomach which can lead to all sorts of digestive disruption and symptoms. Cancer rules the stomach and the LES, so use these days to check-in! I always say Hydrochloric Acid is my desert island supplement. I would never go without stomach acid support! Best protection for my gut, hands down.

MOON enters Leo | 5.20
GALLBLADDER. I am often working with this organ both for my clients and myself. It’s a very important part fo the detox and digestive process. Easy GB checks under this moon include observing your BMs - do they sink or float? Are they tan or dark brown? Any fatty substances - often white blobs? Any nausea upon waking? Difficulty sleeping between 11- 3AM? Hemorrhoids? Panic/Anxiety? These are alllll downstream effects of a congested or disrupted GB. Get yourself to bed before 11 PM. Enjoy bitter foods. Apply castor oil topically over the organ (under the right breast tissue). These are all simple at home steps you can take to soften symptoms.

Your immune system check! If a cold or bug makes its way into your life at the end of this week, don’t get down on yourself, just trust the body is clearing. This is the natural response of a healthy body. If you keep getting sick, especially under the Virgo moon, then take note of the pattern and step in with some extra immune support. It’s vital to understand if you are just missing valuable nutrients and need rest, or if your body is navigating a low-grade chronic infection or toxin burden that is draining your immune army by constantly over-activating it. You can know by observing how your body reacts to immune supports. For example, if you take echinacea or zinc and all of a sudden feel a huge hit of exhaustion, see a skin expression like a rash, get itchy, or feel foggy, then you know there’s deeper work to be done here.
