Character. This week you may be given opportunities to decide who you want to be, regardless of circumstances. What parts of you ring true with all people and in every situation because they reflect how you want and feel called to approach life. However others may treat you, lean into a place of softness this week. Sit in wisdom from easeful reflection instead of rushed excitement or frustration. Past patterns will resurface with opportunities for you to reset them. Use this time. Slow down when your intuition recognizes the familiar pattern and find your breath before moving forward. Your intuition will be sharp this week, so let yourself follow it confidently. Flow where it leads and observe what unfolds naturally as you do. Hold to your values, even as the energy stirs up around you. The pause last week was meant to prep you for this month. Remember this as the wheel and clocks begin to run rapid again.

Even with everything coming back online this week (you may have felt it this last weekend), there is a grounded energy asking you to contain the rush and to structure your day-to-day so that you can sustainably maintain health through it. Your words and voice will have more stability and weight to it now. Conversations may feel more safe and secure, steady and supportive. Although stubbornness may also rear its head, you get to decide who you want to be when it does.

On the 6th we enter a retrograde period that will evoke a season of deep reflection and possible transformation. You may feel that shift building this week. Check out what house your Pluto planet resides in and its overall energy to get a glimpse into where this will be coming forward for you over the next month. For example, my pluto is in my 10th house in scorpio energy and conjunct (meaning near) my MC. This movement will take me deeper into reflection on my career purpose and impact as well as my public persona. Right now the body is highlighting your skin. If there is a microbiome imbalance topically, it’ll show up here. Listen to your body’s request and look at your products, your food and your gut microbiome. Dont be afraid to invest in your skin, be cautious of having any treatments done on these days as your skin may be extra sensitive. Focus instead on gentle support, like speaking kind words over your skin, tenderly tapping or lightly massaging. Focus on nourishment over fixing. Capricorn also rules joints and tendons, if you feel any aching in these areas, consider your body’s overall inflammation level. Main causes can be mycotoxin exposure, pathogen presence, slow internal movement of lymph and blood, detox and digestion disruption, high radiation from tech tools or travel, holding back on words and ignoring emotions to survive, or chronic alarm mode in the body from all the above.

MOON enters Aquarius | 5.8

Your eyes speak under this moon. Check in on your vision, both physical and intuitive. Do you have a vision for the future or are you living day to day, stuck in short-sight mode? Can you relax your eyes? Any spots showing up? How often do you soften the muscles and tissues and structure around them? Let natural air and light hit them bare at least 1-2x daily to keep them fresh, moist and strong. This is your reminder to find far-off horizons to stare at often. Sea line, forest edges, mountain ranges, and even distant buildings work.

MOON enters Pisces | 5.10

Your inner sea. Your water levels, your inner fluids, your internal river. Let it flow. Symptoms of a stuck or dammed-up river: skin reactions or breakouts or dryness, slow thinking, puffiness and edema, constipation, nausea, struggling to recover from illness, cold hands and feet, chronic exhaustion, and accelerated ageing. Tap your heels, pat your body’s lymph nodes, walk, swing on the Chi Swing, receive weekly massages, and stay hydrated. Pisces moon can also bring the tears, so let them fall if you’re feeling backed up emotionally as well.
