Weekly Energetic Weather: May 5th-11th

This weekend we were initiated into a receptive energy, a feminine flow. How did it feel for you? It is continuing through Friday. I’m finding it to be a contrast to much of the underlying masculine fiery energy we’ve been swimming in since mid-April. As a result, I feel it’s acting more as a harmonizer or balancer, providing some softness in this time of sharp commanding drive and goal-oriented “trying” going on all around us.

It’s also posing a potent question - where do you find your home? The feminine, the mother, is how we create our home, our base, our foundation. If you’ve been revisiting memories or in real time navigating your relationship with your mother or the dominant female figure in your life, you’re fully in flow with the current energies. I also find it fascinating that this is rolling in right before mother’s day…

Your relationships with those that you look to for your sense of home, to feel grounded, comforted, happy, perhaps even the actual space you create and maintain to feel safe and secure, are coming to the surface and asking you to see the misconceptions, the falsehoods, the holes, the weakly constructed foundations. Are you meant to find your home in others or in an environment?

The longing for home is really a desire to feel whole, to feel known, to be at rest in your very soul – to know that all is well and to be filled to bursting with an unconditional love. This bliss we desire does not come from seeking or grasping onto others, but from a place of full trust in God and his universe. Trust in life. Trust in yourself.

Fear can feel like the very enemy of this feminine bliss and trust. Fear of being lost, fear of being left, fear of being alone, fear of not being enough… If your original bond with your mother figure was not secure, then you may find yourself faced with layers upon layers of fear that feels like a heavy weight or physical block to finding home.

Heavy, I know, but I have a beautiful possibility for you to consider this week, a new perspective. What if you embraced your fear? What if fear was SAFE? Sit with this for a hot minute.

Look at fear through the feminine lens (spiritual instead of primal), here it’s not about true danger it’s about possibility, it’s about projections, it’s about the past… these are not going to injure you, just make you face change, feel discomfort and consider risks. You know this deep down, so I’m just going to say it, your true home will land when you walk hand in hand with your fears.

Safety is not the opposite of fear it’s the full integration and allowance of its existence. Fear is not your block to home. Your resistant and avoidance of fear is the block. The healthy feminine energy this week is offering you a chance to trust all the emotions that arise within you, including fear, and to still surrender to life. To gently pull up the anchors you placed in others. To reclaim your feminine element and to honor the mother energy in yourself and plant yourself here for the near future. This is when home is rebirthed within you. This is when bliss arrives. This is when you finally feel filled to overflowing and can “give” without trying. This is the ultimate expression of feminine love. As the world swirls in masculine force, let’s float in feminine felicity.

Saturday - Sunday

The weekend brings the contemplation of simplicity to us. To be honest, as I am preparing this for you, I feel so much resistance towards this concept in this exact moment. I have been all about embracing complexity lately, owning it in the world, others, and myself. The idea that life has to be simple and almost primal is at odds with where the world is headed, so perhaps some of my own resistance is simply picking up on the energy of this era’s tension.

Since 2020, I have found myself waffling back and forth between these pulls. That classic battle between creating a peaceful nature heaven in the pastures and living off your own production versus embracing all the technology and moving forward into the next revolution of humanity to create a blissful existence of spirituality and philosophy over primal grit work. This is the transition we’re all feeling, and many are choosing a side and sticking to it hard. I actually feel that deep down, we all want both. We want peace with nature and the bliss of living a spiritual and philosophical life.

As I write this, I do realize that both options end in simplicity, in a way. A softer existence either in the mind or the body. What appeals to you most likely reflects your internal wiring or fears. Are you an earthy body-driven 3D human or more of an ethereal mental and 4/5D human or to add in a complication that I shouldn’t because we’re talking about simplicity… do you fluctuate and encompass all the above? I resonate with the last, of course. This is my resistance. Simplicity can feel like a cage to me at times, but perhaps that’s because I have yet to fully burn out my complexity meter or perhaps it’s because I do see all the angles and savor the nuances of life. You’re wired somewhat similarly to me, I assume. What do you think, feel, and see in this? Let’s talk about it. This energy will move into the following week, so I’ll pick it back up next Monday after you’ve had two days to meditate on it and share your reflections. I want to hear from you. I’m so curious.

May 5th - Moon Moves into Virgo:

  • Body Zone 6: influences the liver, intestines, pancreas, spleen, immune system, autonomic nervous system (sympathetic especially), movement of blood between the digestive organs and spleen to the liver (portal circulation), fingers

  • Virgo is the main representation of the body.

  • First day (today) is a very fertile day, beautiful for conception.

  • A very earthy few days - both moon and sun are in earth signs.

  • Liver slows down here and bile dries up, so a lot of hardening and intestinal stasis. You may notice dry skin. Please stay hydrated and use extra supports to keep BMs moving. If you struggle with fat break down, eat lightly and focus on vegetables till the 8th.

  • Avoid liver or gallbladder cleansing these days.

May 8th - Moon Moves Into Libra:

  • Body Zone 7: influences the kidneys, ovaries, lumbar spine, buttocks (shared with Sagittarius), the waist, the sense of balance, acid-alkaline balance, salt and fluid balance, and adrenal glands (shared with Mars and Aries), the electric-magnetic exchange, and the pause between breaths

  • Support the kidneys heavily. Avoid alcohol. You may find that you are urinating more than normal, so please stay well hydrated to compensate. If there is an ache in the back on both sides and/or feet, the kidneys are asking for help.

  • Blood sugar and mineral imbalances can be thrown off easily during this time. Eat regularly and include a fat, high mineral protein (quality red meat or seafood) and carb in every meal to keep yourself balanced.

May 10th - Moon Moves Into Scorpio:

  • Body Zone 8: influences the colon (and peristalsis), rectum, feces/stool, anus, buttocks, sacrum, coccyx, bladder, urethra/ureters, urine, genitals, ovaries, uterus (when pregnant), sweat glands, nose, and throat

  • If you are experiencing a sore throat or build up in your throat look towards imbalances in your genitals, uterus, and urethera/ureters. If you’re bleeding through this, you may notice heavier flow, in other words, a stronger detox.

  • A great time for eradication and detox! Specifically clearing pathogens: viruses, bacterias and pathogens. A day that can initiate a big push of clearing hidden infections in the body. This is great if you support it, but can also show up as a herx/healing reaction if it’s not supported.

  • Watch eating too much vinegar and other fermented foods, this can cause a rise in histamine issues.

  • May 11th: Full Moon in Scorpio

    • A high fertility day! Combo of earth sun and water moon. Great for a strong and fetus-holding uterus.

    • The most MAGNETIC moon of the year!

    • To avoid swelling, keep your magnesium and pottasium levels high.

    • Moments will come to a head on this day. A very momentous time.

Weekly Energetic Weather: April 28th-May4th

Patterns. We are facing our repetitive cycles this week. Both beneficial and damaging, we all have actions, habits, thoughts that swoop in to ease discomfort, tension or pain. I encourage you to notice what you turn to when life gets hard – when that moment of stillness or frustration arrives and instead of sitting in it, all of a sudden, you have to do something to get out of it. What is your natural go-to? Is it searching for chocolate, caving to that harsh inner voice that tells you you’re never going to make it, nail-biting, over-exercising, planning another “get-together” with friends, zoning out on instagram, tiktok, shows or music?

When you feel that pull this week, pause for a minute, and come back into your body.

Hold yourself here for a few minutes and see what happens. Notice the discomfort in your body and acknowledge it out loud - use your voice. Continue to sit with it. Any additional symptoms arising? Itching? Aches? Heart palpitations? Heat? This is your body talking to you. It’s communicating an emotion that is asking you to take a deeper look at an underlying need. You can run from it and distract yourself, but this is what you usually do, right? So perhaps just for this moment, try going a little longer with it. What comes up? How does your intuition guide you? If you’re having trouble interpreting the meaning of your body’s messages, pop into a single session with me this week and we can interpret it together.

Over the weekend we will continue to go further inward. Reflecting on our patterns will lead us to consider, on a wider scale, where we are headed. Are we progressing as intended or are we lost, feeling disconnected and out of sync with ourselves and humanity as a whole? There is a divide in you between your internal masculine and feminine energies - a need for organization and answers, but an aching for freedom and possibilities.

A very feminine few days, you might feel a call to cultivate community and unity, a desire to be in flow instead of rigid form. Paired with taurus season and a leo moon… I’m predicting a lot of desire to create and post it all online, a need to cover your home in fresh flowers, and a longing to pack all your favorites around a table full of gorgeous and grounding foods.   • Body Zone 2: lower head, jaw, mouth, salivary glands, and tongue, ears, throat, thyroid, neck

  • Take extra care of yourself if you have a tendency towards hypo, hyper or autoimmune thyroid imbalance today; any extremes should pass tomorrow as the moon switches

  • Taurus is all about the body - savoring, relaxing, honoring. This is a lovely time to treat the body as you feel led. It’s also a time to slow down and move with intention.

April 29th - Moon Moves Into Gemini:

  • Body Zone 3: speech centers of the brain, upper lungs and inhaling, shoulders, arms and hands

  • You may find yourself chattier. It’s a great time for interviews, phone calls and presentations. This is also your reminder to slow down and take a breath between words, you might notice a tendency to hold your breath. Relieve tension in your shoulders with a massage - book with your favorite therapist or if you’re on the go - a theracane works magic!

  • April 30th - Venus enters Aries - you may feel relief of eye and head pressure today and a clearing of congestion. Copper and estrogen levels will drop dramatically, which can cause heart palpitations and, depending on your hormonal state, an energetic lightness or if you’re already deficient, dry skin and hair. The kidneys may be challenged due to the dryness, so please stay hydrated and enjoy potassium-rich foods or a supplemental form. Lastly, it is a very affectionate day, let yourself dance freely and soak in love!

May 1st - Moon Moves Into Cancer:

  • Body Zone 4: lower lungs, rib cage, breasts, diaphragm, esophagus and stomach

  • A tender energy, you may feel extra sensitive to light, temperature, sleep, and family/attachment-bond memories. This could show up as stomach or digestive symptoms.

  • Continue to focus on your breath as you did with the moon in Gemini

  • If you notice a challenge in your lung expansion, like an elephant is sitting on your chest, consider testing for mold and fungal toxins or improving oxygenation in the blood with nicotinamide - see me for dosing and test interpretation.

May 3rd - Moon Moves Into Leo

  • Body Zone 5: heart - muscles and electrical function, spinal alignment, gallbladder, back muscles

  • A great time to take extra magnesium to stay relaxed and open, contraction of the heart and back muscles can lead to anger, irritation, confusion and irrational action.

  • Leo is all about being seen and shining like the sun - show up online, for your people, let yourself glow and receive the attention. Your body will support you!

  • May 4th - Pluto goes retrograde in Aquarius. This is BIG. A sign tightly connected to chronic conditions, you will be invited to reset and consider the deeper meaning behind these symptoms. An inward journey, you may also find yourself re-evaluating arrangements, cultural constructs, old systems, repetitive mental patterns and decide you want a change! This is a season of reset and rebirth! This is my jam, so I’m excited to walk through this with you all!

Weekly Energetic Weather: April 21-27th

Taurus season is about nourishment, especially nourishment of the body. This is a moment to come home, to ground and settle into your space, so make time to savor the goodness, the juiciness of your 3D experience.

This week has one theme running through it. A time of both self and selflessness, you are first invited to tend to your own needs and then from this place of wholeness open up your heart. Walking and moving through life with an open heart is one of the most selfless acts you can take. Giving of your energy, your time and attention is THE gift. No one is owed this. But when the moment is pure and right and you are open, selflessness will just flow out of you naturally.

I don’t see self care or the progress to selflessness as opposing and I do feel they can happen side by side, but the key is nurturing trust with your body. The more you consistently show up for your body and demonstrate that you will care for it first and foremost, the more your body will relax and open and flow in the presence of others that have needs. 

One interesting note about this week is that in order to make the transition from self-nourishment to selflessness, more than empathy is needed. You already have this in spades as a Natural Sensitive, what you may not possess is purpose. Knowing why you’re here and, as a result, “loosely” where you’re headed is a large piece of the pie to living freely and fully within the realm of selflessness. If you don’t know who you are or why you’re here, it will consciously consume you, create a need for continual distraction or you will simply feel like you’re wandering… lost. The most selfless act you can take is to pour yourself into this study. Uncover how you work, your wiring, the intention behind your creation, your role in God’s story and then from this framework move forward in life. The openness, the freedom, the courage that will arise may astound you. I don’t dare promise certainty as nothing in life is certain, and it’s a facade anyways, but you will have a North Star.

Start with yourself. Come home. Soak in the beauty of this body and life. Learn yourself. Honor yourself, in everything. Then… unfold and awaken to the world around you. Share the outflow of love and joy and peace that exudes from the Taurean foundation you’ve nourished. 

This is an ongoing cycle - you may be at the beginning again, need to focus on yourself or you may be at the end flying around like a butterfly of love and generosity. Wherever you are, it’s where you’re meant to be. Be there. Any spot on this circle beautiful. I’m currently flowing through it every few days. Today I’m feeling the selfness open generosity, last weekend and this weekend I was deep in self-nourishment. Let it flow, slow or fast, it’s all human and it’s all healthy.

  • Body Zone 11: influences the rods and cones of eyes, quality and oxygenation of blood, cellular respiration (oxygen-carbon exchange),venous system, spinal nerves, ankles, shins. *sign often related to source of chronic illness

  • April 22: strong electrical PSA - electricity in the body think heart, thyroid, muscles, electrolytes - minerals. Stay hydrated and if you have a random spasm, dont panic just get some good hydrating spring water and a pinch of sea salt in you. If your heart starts to palpate, take magnesium glycinate or lie down and slow your breathing - in for 3 counts exhale for 4 counts.

April 23rd - Moon moves into Pisces:

  • Body Zone 12: influences the lymphatic system, extra cellular matrix (internal sea), cellular hydration, intestinal porousness/mucous levels/nutrient absorption, cecum and duodenum function, parasympathetic nervous system, supernatural causes of imbalance (etiologies), subconscious impact on biology, sleep, feet/toes

  • April 24th: a time for fertility and starting things that will last. This is a very yin/female moment so your hormones or your feminine desires may rise, which will look different for everyone depending on where you’re starting from. If you have an imbalance in your hormonal production, it may be exacerbated. If you’re healing and moving towards rejuvenation, you may see strong progress! Longing for love will come up here too. Care for yourself well.

April 25th - Moon moves into Aries:

  • Body Zone 1: influences the sense of sight, eyes, entire brain, especially motor centers, top of head/cranium, adrenal glands, upper jaw, teeth  

  • A fantastic day to work with the fascia! I love Human Garage for this! Try their organ reset on this day to marry the yin energy.

  • Watch for head and eye nerve-based pain or discomfort. Eye strain may come forward this day, so be gentle. Enjoy looking over vast expanses, use blue light blockers and take breaks from your phone or other screens.

  • April 26th: ears, nose, and throat may become congested or inflammed today. Gargle, massage around the ears, use gua sha or hands to gently drain the face down the neck… if you’re a client of mine - use your warming sock therapy to improve draining from the head the night before and after if you’re feeling stuck or blocked here.

April 27th - Moon moves into Taurus:

  • Body Zone 2: influences the lower head/neck/throat (thyroid, parathyroid), base of brain, ears/hearing, mouth (tongue, salivary glands, lower teeth, gums) lower jaw/chin, gullet, pharynx, vocal chords, upper esophagus, swallowing reflex, epiglottis, jugular veins and carotid arteries and thymus

  • New Moon! A beautiful new cycle. Notice where Taurus lands in your houses and which of your planets are in this cozy homey sign. These are the areas that are asking for attention and getting a rebirth or jumpstart with this new moon. Weekly Energetic Weather: April 14th-20th

As we begin this week we review and consider what we learned around the art of detachment. Where are we releasing life? How are we letting go of the way we think our story must go. Are you savoring every little moment in your present day or getting caught up in the swirl of the potential future and all your plans for it? You may or may not have more than one life, but this one is all you have before you right now, and the pressure to make the most of it can be immense.

For dreamers like me, life can feel beautiful and full of potential, right up until that shocking moment when raw 3D life hits hard, then there are two choices. First choice. Label the disappointment as suffering, confirmation of what everyone calls “the reality of a hard world”, choose to lower expectations going forward, and hold onto a semblance of control by staying down and staying “safe”. Second choice. Label the disappointment as a lesson, opportunity, or even a gift that is here to grow and expand you. Though the shock may shake your hope it does not remove it and instead reminds you to loosen your grip and surrender to the rhythm and flow of life. It’s a wake up call, not to take away your love of life, but to enhance and magnify it. I recommend we embrace the latter. The energy of these next two days offers us a final look at this perspective from last week.

If you’ve been head down until today, I invite you to slow down. Take some deep inhales and lasting exhales. Whisper thanks for the moments of pure divine gold that come your way. The taste that lingers on your tongue from your morning tea. The warmth of a shower on your back. The feeling of sinking your head into a clean pillowcase. The start of your car engine. The beat of your heart. The fresh water you sip all day long. The incredible accessibility you have with this phone you’re most likely reading this on. Each moment has a gift for you to enjoy and notice and marvel in. Find them and sit in them.

Wednesday - Sunday

A deep study of chaos, change, and innovation is unfolding on Wednesday. Chaos is a constant in our world, both outside and inside us. To manage it, we create strongholds in our lives, homes, lovers, partners, children, pets, careers. It’s challenging to identify the inner chaos, but all it takes is an abrupt change to one of these beloved strongholds. Suddenly the seemingly quiet interior explodes to reveal the chronic chaos living under the surface. Our comfortable rhythms and structures are violently disrupted, sweeping us off our feet. We panic and start gripping what we have with all our strength or immediately start searching for another to replace it. Our primal nature, our inner being teeters and floats. This is a point of massive unveiling. If we are at home with ourselves, if we have embraced our inner chaos, love purely without conditions, if we trust life and God, if we are whole… we will sail through the storm. If we are not comfortable with ourselves outside of these strongholds, if we have not found comfort and playfulness with our inner chaos, if we love from a place of need and fear, if we control and force our lives, this can feel like destruction instead of revolution.

This is not a judgement. Most of us fall into the latter with at least one of our strongholds, hello… me too. It’s natural. It’s human nature. It’s also called clinging. Clinging to the familiar, to what we hold dear, to what gives us purpose, what makes us feel safe. We all do it and we are all being invited to face some hard truths about who, how, and what we cling to in moments of deep change.

Where have you clung in the past and seen that it only made life more difficult?

Where are you being asked to embrace your inner and outer chaos right now?

How can you release your grip on what you know and love?

Many of us have walked and are still walking through intense seasons of stronghold changes since 2020. Our inner and outer chaos have been held right in front of our noses. It’s been a moment in human history. These themes are highlighted this week, giving us the opportunity to reflect, learn, and grow.

Feel any remaining loss of former strongholds, simmer in the lessons gleaned from comparing the moments where you clung and moments where you released, meditate on the meaning of pure unconditional love, embrace the hope that comes from your emerging innovation. If (or I should say when) a new stronghold change comes forward, choose to see it as a chance to expand and move beyond your last response. Hold it just a little bit looser this time. Let the chaos flow through you. Accept the change. Feel the hope of your new frontier.

April 14th - Moon moves into Scorpio:

  • Body Zone 8: Digestive tract movement and excretion, urinary system, sex glands, ovaries, sweat glands, nose and throat

  • April 15th: Mercury goes into Aries, so lots more energy and drive coming in and people and possibly you will be speaking more directly, no beating around the bush this week. Also, there is an energy that encourages retention in the body, so support excretion today - probiotics, fiber, water, magnesium and yoga to keep BMs moving. Avoid acupuncture or aggressive massage today.

April 16th - Moon moves into Sagittarius:

  • Body Zone 9: exhale, nervous system, circulation, muscles, lower spinal nerves, hips, thighs, femurs, buttock and sacrum

  • Getting a preview of what this new era of Neptune in Aries will feel like. A very profound shift in the world energy as Neptune has been in Pisces for the last 14 years. The health of the brain and the eyes, including the inner eye (intuition, inner knowing, vibrational energy) will be highlighted in various ways during this era.

  • Lots of fiery planets are active! These 3 days (16-18th) are very full of vitality and helpful for powerful healing therapies. The body will feel very motivated and able to make big changes, so yes go try the hyperbaric chamber this week!

  • It is also a time of a lot of dryness and heat, so watch for hives, allergies, and cardiac symptoms. Seek out cooling supports.

  • If you have any fire placements, emotions will be stroooong. Aggression can be high. Please schedule in time to move and get your excess energy out!

April 19th - Moon moves into Capricorn:

  • Body Zone 10: pituitary gland, skin, skeletal system, joints and bones, tendons/ligaments/cuticles, knee ad patella

  • Continues to be a great time to move and now to add in a focus on bodyweight exercises, like yoga, to strengthen and solidify your bones, especially if you have Capricorn placements.

  • April 20th: today is going to be another intense day.

    • Create a gentle environment for yourself.

    • Stay offline if you can.

    • Enjoy cool foods, soft calm colors, soothing sounds, and avoid caffeine.

    • Avoid arguments and strong personalities or if you have fire and cardinal signs be self-aware.
