Weekly Energetic Weather: 4.6-4.12.26

Overall Theme

From a dammed-up flow to a flash flood, you’re going to break out! This week is bringing us back to a place of structured action. We’ve been moving a bit over the last few weeks, but it’s felt somewhat chaotic, back and forth, and unpredictable. A deeper level of internal resistance remained, like the door was finally unlocked but very heavy, and its hinges were rusty, and it dragged on the floor every time you tried to pull it open… Well, on Thursday, that door gets lighter, the hinges are oiled smooth, and the pull will feel surprisingly light. You may even feel a little bit of that momentum starting today. I know I have!

Initiation over waiting. Steps over stillness. It’s time to go! Something in your life has been building, creating stress and frustration. Perhaps a plan went sideways or what you anticipated never appeared, or (due to the straight-up insanity of the state of the world) you have felt powerless, hopeless, and lost. Well, it’s time to gently set aside the disappointment, confusion, or pity party. You’re ready to do something about it. Victimhood is not the mood this week. Your heroic, hopeful, and purposeful steps will be rewarded with the energy, ease, and support that’s been missing. You’ll have a breeze behind you to fill your sails.

That being said, the seas may become quite stormy (if they aren’t already!), but the invitation is to face them with inner strength - to see the challenges as opportunities for growth, and preparedness for a higher calling or an unexpected, powerful responsibility coming your way. Reframe. reframe, reframe. And keep going.

Last week and this week are hitting core parts of my design and personality, so I’ve been in this deeply. The lesson that keeps coming back to me is this – stay OPEN. Despite what comes or doesn’t come, regardless of how you’re treated or seen, in spite of the odds and the possibly frightening landscape, stay tender, stay soft, stay vulnerable, stay expanded. Keep going. It’s so so easy for me to lean away when people and their motivations or work and its fluctuations or finances and its power do not behave in ways that feel safe and stable. It can rock me to my core and activate my old survival patterns of shutting down, contracting, and choosing to hole up in my own little heavenly hermit land. My own world feels so good and nourishing (I’m verrrry good at making a healing space), and I can be tempted to stay there and never leave, but deep down I know I’m made for so much more. And that “so much more” pushes me and pulls me until I get back up again, thank goodness.

The feel of this week is this very energy. It’s this longing for it all to just come easily and safely, and yet it, well, just doesn’t – creating a frustration so big that it propels you forward. “No more” becomes - “it’s time!” The energy, the drive, the movement is now sparked and fueled by the very irritation that only last week sent you into passivity, avoidance, and distraction! In other words…victimhood. So in a twist of fate… thank you? to the cause of this agitation! Allowing yourself to laugh and be lighthearted about hard, uncontrollable or maddening situations is in so many ways GOOD MEDICINE. So take a gentle look at what’s available to you today, in this moment, even if it doesn’t feel like enough, or you don’t feel like enough. Once you get rolling, it may be far easier than you anticipated. I believe in you.

If you are unable to get out of a hole emotionally, mentally or physically, despite the shift in energy this week, then you have confirmation that something is truly off with you, and THIS is a sign to get supported. Outside care is your first step, not pushing through or closing off. Reach out. Ask for help. Own your needs. This is one of the most powerful actions you can take this week. All it costs is your pride. You can do it. Send the message. Love you.

Here we go! :)

Moon Schedule

The moon gives you a FREE BODY SCAN. The moon energy highlights areas of your body. If these areas are thriving, you’ll glow. If not, it’ll show! Tune in and get an easy update on the state of your body through the consistent moon activity.

MOON in Sagittarius | 4.6

Hips and thighs and the blood flow around them is highlighted under this moon. This can affect menstruation intensity or loss. It can bring aches and pains if we have inflammation in the bones, muscles, fascia and joints. It can. cause breakouts of infections or as simple as ingrown hairs in these areas, because it’s very tied to blood flow and heat or lack thereof. If you have any past injuries, like sciatica - it could be cranky over this moon. Don’t panic. Use gentle supports, like Arnica gel rubbed in over the sore and inflamed regions or gently massage with a light oil like jojoba oil to break up any congestion under the skin. Move your body with care, not pushing or forcing, unless you feel strong here, then you may find yourself suddenly craving a run, sprinting up a flight of stairs, and challenging yourself with weight lifting.

MOON enters Capricorn | 4.8

Mars is entering Aries on the 9th, so this moon in Cap is going to feel verrrrry entrepreneurial. Like structured, focused drive! Your body? Think head and skin/joints/gut connect. Any imbalances in these regions will show up as a glow (let’s shoot for this!) or trouble (inflammation, breakouts, mental fogginess, overwhelm, intestinal cramping, constipation, bloating). I’d be ramping up magnesium dosing (adding 1-2 capsules at night or weaving in a foot bath) and adding chlorella (tablets - broken cellular wall) or chlorophyll (concentrated liquid) to my days to keep me balanced and cool during a potentially rigid and heated moment for my body. Really focus on getting to sleep by 10 PM, low blue light for the 30-60 minutes beforehand as well for deep sleep, cause you’re going to need it!

MOON enters Aquarius | 4.10

Aqua rules the electrical systems of the body, which are run by minerals. So, let’s do a mineral level check! Feeling depressed and hair falling out - consider iron. Stiff and tense - consider magnesium. Wired but tired - consider copper. Waterlogged and faint - consider potassium. Struggling to take adrenal or thyroid-focused supplements, but have a slow metabolism and other symptoms of hypothyroid - consider selenium. Get hungover easily or sensitive to sulfites in wine - consider molybdenum. Use this moon to witness what your body needs from a mineral perspective.

Overall Theme

There’s a tension this week. The full moon on Wednesday is bringing relationships to the surface, activating a review session. You’ll be subtly passing each person through a filter, noting how mutually beneficial (or not) your regular engagement and general commitment are to each other. The questioning goes beyond - is this peaceful? and dives into - does this feel equally supportive and life-giving to all involved? Balance and sustainability are what you seek, not just surface peace.

Today, venus just hopped into the energy of taurus (my personal venus sign, yay!), and this evokes a season of longing for steadiness and highly sensual romance. So yes, the lovers in your life may be the ones under review, traversing your new relational filter…

Underlying all your relationships this week, you may notice a pattern - you possess an almost desperate need to control. This energy comes from a fear of loss, unique to you - a loss of love, a loss of power, a loss of safety. You’ll realize that you have consciously or subconsciously maneuvered your relationships in a way to prevent the experience of your feared loss. It is subtle. It is even elegant, hardly ever noticed by others, unless they look real close. It’s kept you relatively peaceful, but the downside is it’s also kept the care, connection, and commitment you truly seek at arm’s length. Note the relationships that feel off, imbalanced, and unsatisfying this week.

The energy is not encouraging you to blame them, but instead to recognize the need to build internal stability within yourself, so that you can approach relationships honestly. Real love, real power, and real safety come from trust and release. Inner sturdiness allows relationships to flow in and out of your life for the growth and benefit of all involved. Instead of grasping at others, assuming they are the answer to all your needs, remember that every human is a gift, a mirror, an opportunity to learn and elevate. With this mindset, you can hold a relationship lightly until that needed mutual balance is demonstrated consistently, on both ends, and real trust can be established. Then and really only then can you step into vulnerability and let go of your control guards, and the crem de la crem… show up bare and honest. Curating and recreating real relationships is the focus this week.

On Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you’ll get a hit of restless energy, and pressure may show up. Channel this as the boss that you are into focused action or communication. Avoid dramatic, unthoughtful, and chaotic choices. This is not the time. If you feel motivated to move on something or shift a relationship you’ve been spending weeks or months working on, then take the step, intentionally and confidently. Just make sure you’re truly ready and not trying to release the tension of the pressure. I understand this feeling well, it’s core to my whole design and personality. My lifelong lesson: how to hold a steady, focused presence while simultaneously feeling surges of new ideas and “must do this now” initiatory energy. To jump or to hold… the answer is nuanced and personal and sometimes a funky mix of both. But as you walk the tight rope this week, here’s a classic tip that’s worked for me: go for a run, take a dance class, have a good cry or scream, or go out and have a fun social release before taking the action. This will help you see if your desire dies or lives once you’ve gotten the antsiness out of your body. Just say no to antsy pants ;), and the wisdom you need will land.

Love you all 🤎

Moon Schedule

As a little reminder. We care about the energy of the moon because it directly impacts our bodies. The pull of the moon’s magnetic field on the water of our earth and in our bodies (we are 65% water) shifts how our cells communicate to each other, which affects organ function, which affects our energy and hormone expression, which affects our perspective and nervous system response for the day... We feel and live out the influence of the moon, whether we want to acknowledge it or not. The “personality” of the moon, plays into how and where it hits us. It’s both woo woo and yet not. Lean into it and see what holds true for you over time.

MOON in Virgo | 3.30.26

Perfectionism. Are you feeling drawn to details about your body? Obsessing over what needs “fixing”? It’s not you, it’s the moon. You can go down your rabbit holes but know that you may a bit more critical than is healthy under this moon. Either this, or you are loooooving your body and feeling a freedom you haven’t felt in years. The moon draws out our extremes under each energy. Speak soft, kind words over yourself today. You need it.

MOON enters Libra | 3.31.26

*FULL MOON in Libra | 4.1.26

Kidneys and adrenals are stacked organs that live in your lower to mid back. They do the dirty work every day - cleaning, filtering, and bringing balance back to your body. Your relational balance affects your physical balance, so if your relationships are off, you may feel it in the functionality of your kidneys and adrenals… note any messages/symptoms/signals your body is giving you over these next few days. Low energy? Spotted skin? Swollen face? Low back soreness? UTIs? Eye bags? Tossing and turning overnight? Hair greying? Foggy brain? Wired and tired? Top tips:

  • Potassium! Find it in avocados, molasses, radishes, coconut water, and bananas or take supplemental

  • Drink 16 oz of water right upon waking to flush your kidneys, then sip water with a pinch of sea salt throughout the day to stay hydrated and support your adrenals (adrenals need sodium + potassium + magnesium + copper)

  • Try the herb he shou woo to nourish your organs - add 1 tsp to a warmed milk and froth well. I take this as part of my daily tonic

  • Adrenals recover overnight, so focus on getting 8-10+ hours of sleep a night and add in magnesium and B6 to support the recovery process

MOON enters Scorpio | 4.3.26

Sex. Scorpio energy is just so much about sexual energy and your sexual organs. Notice your rise or drop of libido under this moon - it’ll give you a clear indication of your internal vitality. Sexual function and sex hormone production are deeply impacted by the state of your body. If you notice a diminish here, you can trust there are bigger imbalances at hand that require your attention. Nourish your natural healthy drive with the basics first: good sleep, regular balanced meals of protein, fat, and carb, and daily movement. If you need a kickstart to fire your body up. Here are my starters:

  1. Men: Velvet Antler and/or Epimedium, at their proper doses these will bring testosterone back up to ideal levels, and your drive will quickly follow

  2. Women: potent forms of Maca taken daily through your cycle will revive your drive (and balance your hormones along the way).

  3. BOTH: I highly recommend the adaptogen Shatavari. Just get ready to feel spicy. A little Shatavari goes a long way to revitalize. I add no more than ¼ tsp to my morning tonic. Let’s just say… it’s quuuuiiiiite effective

MOON enters Sagittarius | 4.5.26

Sag energy wants to be free, no restrictions, no entrapments. If you feel a restless pulse in your body that is making you jumpy, chaotic, desperate to move and breathe or take action in your life - you’re feeling this moon x the strong energetic pressure to ACT this week. Find a healthy channel to release. Let your body gulp in air by the sea or dance until it’s dripping sweat or talk until you’ve run out of words or swim until your arms can go no further. Live it out without blowing up your life or your hard work. Focus this power surge, and your body will feel amazing.

Overall Theme

Your voice matters. Your thoughts, perspectives, experiences, and even new playful thoughts are worthy of being heard. This week, there is an energy that may pressure you to have the proof to back up what you say in order to feel worthy of speaking. Set that aside. If you are nervous of judgement or just want to feel better understood - begin your sentence with: “I’m going to share something with you, but it’s not a conclusion, it’s still in process, so I have permission to completely change my mind halfway through or with any new information that comes my way… but for the moment this is what I think/feel.”

Those of us who are out loud processors - that need to hear our statements outside of our mind to organize and make sense of them - we need this caveat in a bubble above our heads at all times for the clarity of all involved :). To my internal processors, it’s okay to share your in-between thoughts before arriving at your conclusion, I promise. That being said, we all have permission to navigate emotions, thoughts, and experiences in the way we need to land our planes, or at least attempt to have a solid concept in this ever-changing and ever-moving world, so no pressure to be something you’re not. I just want you to hear me say that if you feel there is something you wish to say, but hesitate for fear of what others think or for your lack of finalization, this week is a beautiful moment to practice moving through that fear. Be courageous.

My second piece of advice for this week is to share from a place of softness. With all this fiery Aries energy swirling around us and communication as a whole being bogged down with foggy Pisces energy, it could be easy to get heated or frustrated and then release words that make no sense to anyone, even yourself. So…. SLOW DOWN. Take a breath before you speak. Think about your feet - this really helps to ground. Preface the conversation with my caveat and then let it flow. The beauty of allowing others into your unfinished process, when done with intention and care, is that you’ll naturally invoke empathy, connection, and curiosity. Human connection and bonding happen effortlessly.

No matter how perfect or imperfect your words, if you desire to express for the intention of clarity, inspiration, gentle growth, and the overall benefit of yourself and others, they will hold gold. You don’t have to be an orator. You don’t have to even know how to express yourself well. Just give it a go. Let yourself bumble around and find it in front of those you trust, and see what happens. You are worthy of being heard. Your thoughts are important. Your experience matters. Share, share with heart.

MOON enters Gemini | 3.23.26

Gemini is alllllll about brain to voice. If you are struggling with forming words or expressing the complexity of your mind and process… it’s okay. Your body is lettin gyou know it needs some brain food, support and love. My top recommendations for a sharp brain:

  1. Eating enough! Do not restrict, your brain will literally run out of gas to run.

  2. Sleep. Sleep long and hard, if you are not, getting this back on track should be a top priority.

  3. Oxygen. So often our brains slow down because we are holding our breath due to stress, have stiff fascia and muscle at the neck that block blood flow to the brain, and don’t move enough to enhance stimulating circulation within the brain. Breath, use a theracane or gua sha tool to open up the neck and upper back, and move multiple times a day to wake your brain back up.

MOON enters Cancer | 3.25.26

The LES. Your lower esophageal sphincter is a one-way valve that, when healthy and toned, prevents food you swallow from coming back up your throat. It’s the doorway between your esophagus and stomach. If you’ve been a client of mine, you have most likely heard me talk about this. It is a crucial step int eh digestive process and can easily go awry under stress and years of slow stomach function. If you notice acid reflux-like symptoms or lack of a gag reflex under this moon, we need to check-in on your LES! It’s at the top of the digestive process, one of your main protective agents, and will impact the entire digestive system, leading to dysbiosis and more if not attended to quickly. Please do not just take a tum and move on, this is a vital functional message from the body. I know this one personally!

MOON enters Leo | 3.27.26

Your gallbladder…. that supposedly silly little organ that’s often removed… ohhh it’s VITAL. Under this moon if you experience nausea, notice bumps on the back of your upper arms, feel more blue, bloat, have tenderness under the right rib cage, notice slow BMs, are constipated or see stool that floats and is tan in tone, we need to step in and support your liver and gallbladder. The GB is the exit door of the liver and so we have to look at the upstream effects of the liver as well. The gallbladder’s job is to wrap the toxins, chemicals, and hormones your body moves through the liver in a fatty-like capsule and push them out through what’s known as the bile duct into the small intestine. From here, the journey continues through the ileocecal valve and into the large intestine and finally out the rectum as waste. The gallbladder is a huge part of your digestion and detox function. Use this leo energy to tap into the health of your GB!

MOON enters Virgo | 3.29.26

Your immune system is ruled by virgo (alongside pisces), which is why it is often tightly connected to your overall health and resilience. If you tend to have a pattern of feeling worn down or sick under the virgo moon, it is time to check in on your white blood cell count, your IgA levels, and gut lining integrity (at minimum). Your ability to maintain strength when you are exposed to a virus or bacteria is dependent on the sturdiness of your immune response. Don’t wait till your hit, take note of the drop-offs under this moon as your warning signs from the body. You’ll thank me later ;)

Overall Theme

How open is your heart?

Up until Wednesday, a few tests may arrive. Old relationships, friendships, family, people who have hurt you, or perhaps have lost your trust or faith, may present themselves. Is it time to soften and reconnect? Can a balance be found between holding sacred boundaries and remaining tender and available for shifts and changes in others, and in you? We are in the lead-up to an emotional new moon in Pisces on the 18th. 2-3 days before or after you will feel this the most, depending on your unique wiring. Emotional weariness, feeling vulnerable, even fragile, are natural. Pair this with any old hurt and anger that may be rising with the closeout of mercury retrograde and the eclipse, and well… let’s just say it would be most helpful if we all just responded slowly for a while. Those tests arriving? Take your time. Think, truly think, before you respond. Lead with gentleness, and if that’s not what you’re feeling, then give yourself more room to breathe, more time to process, get it all out in a safe space first – then take the action, or say the thing. This could be the opportunity for reconciliation, forgiveness, and a reset. Allow yourself to be open to the possibility. We are messy, and yet we can grow and change. What if we let others who have been messy grow and change, too? Hold your value and stand in your healthy self-trust. You do want to note that change has actually occurred, but it’s a safer time to hope. The energetic weather is creating a moment for new beginnings, if all parties are ready. It might be time.

After the new moon, we are invited into even more softness, a relaxing into the body, an expansion of breath, and a releasing of tension. Part of this energy is very personal for me as it has prominent placement in both my human design and gene key charts. I can tell you from experience, this energy brings forward the inner battle for control, a need to brace, prepare for the worst to save the body, the spirit, and the heart. That is its shadow side. The progression from this tightness, this rigidity, this fear, is to step into surrender and allowance, fluidity and flow, which leads to the final landing place of healthy expression: embodied unconditional love for the self and for others. It is the genuine, pure, trusting, and heartfelt love of a child. What does all this mean for you? Check on your muscles, your gut, your breath, your mindset. Are you contracting or expanding? Are you making decisions out of fear and protection or from a place of grounded acceptance and perhaps even child-like love? How deeply can you press into self-trust and work out any kinks that may be holding you back from loving all the nooks and crannies of your messy, human, weird, and wonderful self? Love. Love like a wise child this week.

MOON enters PISCES at 4:16 PM PST | 3.16.26

Feet. Pisces rules the feet. Give your foundation some attention under this moon. You know I loooove foot baths, but a foot massage, letting your toes wiggle in grass, walking barefoot outside, and wearing socks inside are also lovely. Your feet are maps to your body. For centuries, acupressure and acupuncture have demonstrated the power of pressing, tapping, and stimulating specific points on the feet to connect and reset specific organs and systems in our body. Get to know your feet! If you already know your body’s unique points of vulnerability by organ, find these organs’ points on your feet and press them or massage them for a few minutes over the next few nights. See what you notice. Are they extra tender? Do they get more easily red than other points? Do they feel knotted? Work on them and observe any shifts :).

NEW MOON in Pisces at 6:23 PM PST | 3.18.26

This new moon is both the closeout of the series that began last October and the beginning of a new cycle. A lovely time for setting a fresh intention for your next 6 months. Check what slice of pie is ruled by Pisces in your astrological birth chart to see what areas of your life are being activated. Use this breakout to match pie slice themes with your chart. For example, my 3rd house is ruled by Pisces in my birth chart, so my themes will be found under the 3rd pie slice: thinking, analyzing, communication, relationships with neighbors, friends, and siblings. Now you try! Look up your chart here.

MOON enters ARIES at 9:03 PM PST | 3.18.26

Aries rules the head. We’ve been living in a lot of Pisces and Aries energy of late, but the Aries has been bringing up all the skin, pressure, eye, ear, brain, and mouth imbalances. Relieve the pressured focus by draining the lymphatic pathways along the neck into the shoulders - get a massage, use a theracane, foam roller or a tennis ball in a sock to work out any stiff or knotty muscles and fascia at the base of the neck and along the shoulders. When this is tight, tension travels up the neck and creates a host of congestion symptoms. Aries also brings heat. Keep your head temperature balanced. Not too hot and not too cool to ease any extreme rebounding between temperatures. One of my favorite at-home therapies is to sit with my back against a wall, knees to chest, and gently cup my hands over my eyes, breathing very slowly in and out, dropping my nose towards my knees, allowing my body to release tension in the face, neck, and shoulders with each exhale.

MOON enters TAURUS at 11:35 PM PST | 3.20.26

Taurus = Thyroid. The thyroid drives your metabolism, in other words, your energy, your mental acuity, and your mood. Observe how you feel under the taurean moon. If you notice a loss of vitality, some foggy brain, or unnecessary irritability, it might be time to check in on your thyroid levels! For a quick boost, add seaweed and raw fish to your diet for a few days to see how you feel. Supplement-wise, Iodine is a huge help, as long as you are not low in selenium or have any autoimmune activity, you can safely add in at a low-dose for support. Start with food, though! This is such a lovely moon to nourish yourself under, so sleep early and long, eat thoroughly and often.
