Using Your Chiron Sign to Identify Your Emotional Wounds
What is the Chiron Sign?
There are many locations on your astrological birth chart that can give insights into your body and health. Chiron is one such placement that can show us the trauma or wounding you may have walked through as a child. You most likely did not have the resources as a child to process these wounds correctly, so the body’s defense mechanism is to store these unprocessed emotions in the body. As the years pass these stored emotions begin manifesting in the body as imbalances, and eventually dis-ease if the initial warning signs are not identified and resolved. You may be aware of some of these woundings, but learning about your Chiron sign can confirm, prioritize, and possibly uncover some unknowns.
When I found out my Chiron sits solidly in Gemini and learned what that entailed, I was impressed and my respect for my birth chart deepened dramatically. I have always felt a deep sensitivity to how others received my words and my perspective. Feeling misunderstood is my norm. Lastly, one of my biggest childhood wounds I carried was being told that I was an idiot/stupid. My intelligence was often an insecurity. So over my teens, 20s and even early 30s, I often found myself shutting down and clamming up. I wish I had understood astrology back then!
My woundings definitely showed up in my body through a slowed thyroid, liver dysfunction, PCOS, gut dysbiosis, skin disorders, and even a mild cancer. Thoughts & Emotions = Physical Health. Though I do believe I chose this life, my parents, my exact trauma and even my emotional and physical weaknesses… I did not choose them just to suffer. I chose them so I could glean profound insight from identifying, addressing and clearing them. I wouldn’t be me without these experiences.
Remember your chart is simply an objective map of your pre-birth free-will choices. It shows the 3D body you and God felt was needed to reach the goals you two desired to achieve in this life. I hope you choose to love, care and heal yourself even better with this information.

The Divine & Astrology
Do You Believe in Astrology?
I find the question “do you believe in astrology?” to be a fascinating one. I can answer both yes and no to it. It all comes down to how we’re defining the word belief. Do you have to believe in something for it to exist? Do you believe in trees, wind, cells, electricity, love… do they exist regardless of your belief? To me, astrology is a system that identifies patterns and cycles that exist. These patterns and cycles are here in the same way that any other element of the world just is. Now you and I can choose to ignore them, just like we can choose to ignore anything from mathematical equations to human nature, but that doesn’t necessarily make them no longer existing in time and space… at least not for all of humanity. I could dive into a whole different conversation about quantum physics and creating your own reality, but I digress. To keep it simple for now, in this context, I can say that yes I “believe” in astrology.
Now, speaking to the context, often what people (especially of religious background) can mean by this question is do I worship, do I serve, do I elevate astrology as a form of spirituality or religion. I personally don’t. Some do. To that I simply say, anything can be made into a religion - most modern humans worship science and doctors, social media and human approval.
I don’t feel astrology qualifies for what I see as connecting with God. There is a vastness to the Divine that far surpasses what astrology (or really any universal system for that matter) brings to the table.
That being said, the Divine can be felt through astrological systems because it is showing the patterns of creation and of this universal matrix we call earth and humanity, which is run and founded by God.
Astrology gives us a map to see what is already laid out for us, how our unique traits and purpose have been pre-determined and curated, our ideal lifestyles, the natural rhythms and timelines of our existence on this planet. It outlines what exists in and for you in broad form. Your free will is what will color in this form over time.
Bite-Size Answer
Okay, so simply put - I feel Astrology highlights and uncovers the imprint of divine activity, its historical, current and future patterns, but it is not the origin of the Divine.
