Weekly Energetic Weather
July 6th-12th, 2026
Overall Themes
You made it. What has fallen away? A plan, an idea, a vision, a relationship, a hope? Post-storm clean-up. A week of recovery is before us. Our worlds have been rocked. So much shifting, and yet now in the aftermath, a sense of peace is available to you. Not of certainty but of surrender to the unknown, to the ease of the in-between. To the freshness of a new beginning that comes from a big shift, and a natural relaxation flowing from the clearance of all the mental, emotional, relational and probably schedule clutter that you didn’t even know was there, tied to this shift.
The all-consuming rush and focus that were driving you the last few months have come to a halt. That drive could be completely gone or at least feel a bit directionless. How this feels to you personally depends on your unique identity map, check your gemini house and mars placement, your cancer house and any planets/aspects, and your leo house and any planets/aspects. This could be very stressful if you feel pressure to fill the void or are carrying a desperate need for arrival and accomplishment this week. It’s not the time to force or push. It’s the time to reflect, slow down, recover and finish anything you’ve been quietly working on or inviting into your life.
I can say, that regardless of your unique make-up, how you choose to curate your thoughts and emotional state matters right now. What you pour into this week will expand greatly. We are at the starting line. Choose your direction with care. There is no rush. I promise you. This is the post-storm calm. We may have a few stormy returns throughout the next week or two, but nothing quite like the last few weeks. It’s time to process and note what has been revealed to you this last month. Observe the post-hurricane remains and gather yourself back home. Rest in the truth that what was cleared was meant to pass on. Let it be. Release it with love. Gently move forward.
I personally had my life thrown up and scattered in a way that was, well, very disheartening, but now that I’m on the other side of it, I feel such a deep sense of calm and relief, despite having to basically reset, yet again. I strangely know it was all meant to happen just as it did. And here I stand, still alive and genuinely moving forward with more grace than I expected, though we shall see how tomorrow goes. Ha! Every day is a new day. My takeaway, though, is that once again, my little world caught on fire and, to my body’s surprise, I didn’t actually die - a continual lesson for my sensitive nervous system. Every time my life implodes or an unexpected hurdle is thrown, I seem to be able to hold my own a bit longer, trusting that I can make it through whatever comes my way. I am proud of myself for growing, tiny steps at a time. This is how resilience is built - self-trust through the fire. I know I’m not here to live a quiet or small life, so resilience is my lifeline, and it’s getting stronger year by year. I’m very grateful for who I am becoming.
We are all so much stronger than we know, truly.
How can you softly reopen to the world this week? Last week we were invited to welcome in to the possibilities, as we did it initiated the required shedding. It’s always easy to forget that anything new needs space; we have to clear out the past and even the present. We have to eliminate the no-s to allow for the yes-es.
This week is the reality of that possibility starting to land due to the freshly created space inside you. What idea, change of direction, or unexpected person came in last week that has jump-started you? Even if it feels impossibly delusional to live out or perhaps too small to go anywhere, take a simple step towards it, make time to plan out its existence, let it linger in your imagination… what would your life look like if you actually did it, went there, allowed it? This week holds potent magnifying energy. If you want it, you can cultivate momentum towards it, just by giving it your attention. Play with this. See what unfolds.
Lastly, if you’re feeling weary and alone. Lost and deflated. I see you. It’s okay to just rest this week, to stay soft and quiet and solo. Rebuild your energy in the ways that naturally serve you - with or without the people you love. Savor regular nourishing meals, kind movement, and cuddly nights of comfort and peace. Bury your face in a rose, touch a tree, walk barefoot in the grass, rub the lavender stem between your fingers, and inhale deeply. Be present in your day. Let your overnight dreams do the manifesting for you. Give your future to God and let it be. Care for your body as the kindest mother would. Love it and lounge it 🤎
Moon Schedule
The moon gives you a FREE BODY SCAN. The moon energy highlights areas of your body. If these areas are thriving, you’ll glow. If not, it’ll show! Tune in and get an easy update on the state of your body through the consistent moon activity.
MOON in Aries | 7.6
HEAD. Your eyes, your brain, your neck your mouth, your jaw… pressure here may be pulsing. Allow this to be your sign to slow down, to get quiet and to release your grip on life. Close your eyes and rest at the beginning of this week as often as you can. Turn your attention to joyful visions and allow yourself some levity. Indulge in a neck massage and soothing balms to ease the muscles, fascia, and tendons. At home care should look like gua sha for the face and neck, Theracane for the neck and back, and my favorite balm applied at the base of the skull and along the neck at night to ease tension.
Nutrients: Aspirin - fantastic under an aries moon to protect against clots and keep blood flowing, Magnesium (always under aries), GABA for body and Kava Kava mind
Flower Essences: Rock Water, Impatiens, Vervain
MOON enters Taurus | 7.8
VOICE. Speak your needs and hold to them. Do not cave, regardless of how much you want to be their comfort, meet their wants, or satisfy their cravings. If they are adults, you are not responsible for them. Let them take care of themselves until you’ve created space in yourself to meet your basics. From this place of wholeness in yourself, you can carry, love, feed, and comfort as much as you desire! It is cancer season after all! Fill your cup first, or else your body will loudly let you know by slowing down your thyroid, and you will not like the results. It begins with, “I’m not available for that right now; thank you though, and I hope you find what you need soon.” Honor your body first.
Nutrients: Selenium, Iodine (paired with selenium to prevent reactions), Thyroid glandular - see me for this
Flower Essences: Centaury, Red Chestnut, Walnut
MOON enters Gemini | 7.10
INTERNAL CHAOS. Regulating your nervous system will be key over these next few days until about Sunday afternoon. Watch what you say as well. Consider before you speak, but do eventually speak. Your thoughts do need to leave your mind and be put out into the ether, or else your body will be a walking time bomb. You may experience an extreme - either the ability to suddenly express everything clearly and quickly or a major block where you're stumbling over your words and can’t find the right way to say something. This is the moon (and more in Gemini). Let the days pass. It’ll all come right again. Be gentle about how much information you’re taking in under this moon. Ease up on the scrolling, shows, music and stimulating environments. Stay cool, calm and collected as much as you can.
Nutrients: Valerian, L-Theanine, Phosphatidylserine
Flower Essences: Impatiens, Vervain, Walnut
