Overall Themes
This is going to be a funky week. My advice? Go slow and don’t take much of anything personally. Everyone is going to be sitting in tension and change and we all have our own healthy and unhealthy ways of responding to this kind of energy. Pay high attention to your path. Challenge yourself to rise above, and when the hits come – take a step back, step out of your emotions for a minute and consider the situation, the feedback, the reaction, the need for change, like someone not involved, then step back in and let yourself feel. Feel it fully. Wait to respond till your feelings are complete (or as much as possible), then move forward with grace and respect for yourself and the other person as a fellow human moving through a challenging time. This is not an easy week. You’re likely going to hit some bumps externally or internally, depending on how you’re wired. This isn’t a sign you’re on the wrong path. It’s simply the earth shifting draaaaamatically right now.
Don’t give up. You’re not lost. You’re floating. You can see all the options. They are there. You just haven’t landed yet, so you don’t know what’s next or where exactly you're headed. That’s okay. We ALL are in this in some way. It feels frightening if you take the time to really feel it, so it seems many of us are rushing around trying to avoid it. Did you get injured, sick or just felt wrecked this last weekend? Yep. This isn’t an energy you can push through. You will be forced to feel it. So let it happen.
You feel like you’re dying, because so much of you is. The old and the new are attempting to negotiate, but there is no room for it. The old must go. This is the confusion and tension you feel - the fear the old is producing to keep you locked in, and the urgency of the new to release and fall into the depths of the unknown. I have had this visual of being stuck in quicksand for weeks. I’m gripping the edge terrified to get pulled in, but I keep getting a message to soften and relax and let go, so finally I do and instead of getting consumed by a bed of sand, I fall into an endless space of darkness with no ability to see below me, no idea how it lands, yet the fall is soft and I’m floating. It’s not as scary as I thought; it’s just nothingness. If I embrace the nothingness as neighrt good nor bad, scary nor safe, it’s actually fine. If I panic about negative possibilities of my trajectory, that’s when I spiral. So the key I’m finding is simple. Trust in a soft landing. Trust that you will be caught gently by a net. This is a choice. Visualize the best possibility and live there. Worst-case scenario, your journey is better, even if the ending is not what you’d hoped! Deep down, you know though, you will come out the other side. And as a result of the release of the old, you’ll have a renewed vision and sense of self. We are building up to a very very intense energetic peak at the beginning of July. We have a Full moon in Capricorn (I bet many of you have stelliums in this, if not other placements - look into this!), we’re headed into a retrograde and Venus is shifting into Leo energy all next Monday. We are now in Cancer season, and there’s so so much more happening that is all colliding to bring about CHANGE. Surprise surprise. You know this. You can feel it. Everything seems to be crumbling around you, so it’s inevitable. Towards the end of the week, we are being invited into a state of pause amidst potentially high stress points and a strong frenetic, frantic energy (Mars entering Gemini). If you have gate 52 defined in your human design map, you can join me in experiencing a very dynamic shift. But either way, we will all be walking through this point of compression. One where we learn how to hold ourselves through great challenge. Instead of our past patterns of collapsing, retreating, or resisting, we HOLD, and we bear it with strength, even if it feels impossible. We trust that the sensations and the situations are temporary, and if we can just stay a little longer than we did last time, we may finally break through and see what’s on the other side of some of our greatest fears or pains. Thoughts like these create openness in the body. Openness allows EVERYTHING to flow and nourish and recover properly. Your highest health comes when you are flooooowing. Fear. Frustration.
