Weekly Energetic Weather: 3.23-3.29.26

Overall Theme

Your voice matters. Your thoughts, perspectives, experiences, and even new playful thoughts are worthy of being heard. This week, there is an energy that may pressure you to have the proof to back up what you say in order to feel worthy of speaking. Set that aside. If you are nervous of judgement or just want to feel better understood - begin your sentence with: “I’m going to share something with you, but it’s not a conclusion, it’s still in process, so I have permission to completely change my mind halfway through or with any new information that comes my way… but for the moment this is what I think/feel.”

Those of us who are out loud processors - that need to hear our statements outside of our mind to organize and make sense of them - we need this caveat in a bubble above our heads at all times for the clarity of all involved :). To my internal processors, it’s okay to share your in-between thoughts before arriving at your conclusion, I promise. That being said, we all have permission to navigate emotions, thoughts, and experiences in the way we need to land our planes, or at least attempt to have a solid concept in this ever-changing and ever-moving world, so no pressure to be something you’re not. I just want you to hear me say that if you feel there is something you wish to say, but hesitate for fear of what others think or for your lack of finalization, this week is a beautiful moment to practice moving through that fear. Be courageous.

My second piece of advice for this week is to share from a place of softness. With all this fiery Aries energy swirling around us and communication as a whole being bogged down with foggy Pisces energy, it could be easy to get heated or frustrated and then release words that make no sense to anyone, even yourself. So…. SLOW DOWN. Take a breath before you speak. Think about your feet - this really helps to ground. Preface the conversation with my caveat and then let it flow. The beauty of allowing others into your unfinished process, when done with intention and care, is that you’ll naturally invoke empathy, connection, and curiosity. Human connection and bonding happen effortlessly.

No matter how perfect or imperfect your words, if you desire to express for the intention of clarity, inspiration, gentle growth, and the overall benefit of yourself and others, they will hold gold. You don’t have to be an orator. You don’t have to even know how to express yourself well. Just give it a go. Let yourself bumble around and find it in front of those you trust, and see what happens. You are worthy of being heard. Your thoughts are important. Your experience matters. Share, share with heart.

Moon Schedule

As a little reminder. We care about the energy of the moon because it directly impacts our bodies. The pull of the moon’s magnetic field on the water of our earth and in our bodies (we are 65% water) shifts how our cells communicate to each other, which affects organ function, which affects our energy and hormone expression, which affects our perspective and nervous system response for the day... We feel and live out the influence of the moon, whether we want to acknowledge it or not. The “personality” of the moon, plays into how and where it hits us. It’s both woo woo and yet not. Lean into it and see what holds true for you over time.

MOON enters Gemini | 3.23.26

Gemini is alllllll about brain to voice. If you are struggling with forming words or expressing the complexity of your mind and process… it’s okay. Your body is lettin gyou know it needs some brain food, support and love. My top recommendations for a sharp brain:

  1. Eating enough! Do not restrict, your brain will literally run out of gas to run.

  2. Sleep. Sleep long and hard, if you are not, getting this back on track should be a top priority.

  3. Oxygen. So often our brains slow down because we are holding our breath due to stress, have stiff fascia and muscle at the neck that block blood flow to the brain, and don’t move enough to enhance stimulating circulation within the brain. Breath, use a theracane or gua sha tool to open up the neck and upper back, and move multiple times a day to wake your brain back up.

MOON enters Cancer | 3.25.26

The LES. Your lower esophageal sphincter is a one-way valve that, when healthy and toned, prevents food you swallow from coming back up your throat. It’s the doorway between your esophagus and stomach. If you’ve been a client of mine, you have most likely heard me talk about this. It is a crucial step int eh digestive process and can easily go awry under stress and years of slow stomach function. If you notice acid reflux-like symptoms or lack of a gag reflex under this moon, we need to check-in on your LES! It’s at the top of the digestive process, one of your main protective agents, and will impact the entire digestive system, leading to dysbiosis and more if not attended to quickly. Please do not just take a tum and move on, this is a vital functional message from the body. I know this one personally!

MOON enters Leo | 3.27.26

Your gallbladder…. that supposedly silly little organ that’s often removed… ohhh it’s VITAL. Under this moon if you experience nausea, notice bumps on the back of your upper arms, feel more blue, bloat, have tenderness under the right rib cage, notice slow BMs, are constipated or see stool that floats and is tan in tone, we need to step in and support your liver and gallbladder. The GB is the exit door of the liver and so we have to look at the upstream effects of the liver as well. The gallbladder’s job is to wrap the toxins, chemicals, and hormones your body moves through the liver in a fatty-like capsule and push them out through what’s known as the bile duct into the small intestine. From here, the journey continues through the ileocecal valve and into the large intestine and finally out the rectum as waste. The gallbladder is a huge part of your digestion and detox function. Use this leo energy to tap into the health of your GB!

MOON enters Virgo | 3.29.26

Your immune system is ruled by virgo (alongside pisces), which is why it is often tightly connected to your overall health and resilience. If you tend to have a pattern of feeling worn down or sick under the virgo moon, it is time to check in on your white blood cell count, your IgA levels, and gut lining integrity (at minimum). Your ability to maintain strength when you are exposed to a virus or bacteria is dependent on the sturdiness of your immune response. Don’t wait till your hit, take note of the drop-offs under this moon as your warning signs from the body. You’ll thank me later ;)
