Monday-Tuesday

We are closing up an energy from the weekend today and tomorrow, which had us witnessing and considering how much time we spend pursuing positive reactions and responses from the world around us to confirm our value, our specialness, our originality. This might have looked like craving an admiring look, a “well done!”, laughter at your jokes, the respect of your words… did you find yourself seeking this?  What did you notice?

It’s normal and natural to want to engage and connect, to feel seen, respected, acknowledged, and appreciated, but the spotlight on this area of ourselves is here to encourage us to dissect the motive. Where is this desire originating? Is there a sense of desperation underlying it all? Is it an authentic want from a place of health or the resulting cascade of a deeper subconscious place of pain? Both are valid. The latter is simply an invitation to heal.

If you are witnessing the quiet cry of your soul for respect and approval - a need to stand out - meet it! Start with yourself. Get to know the origin and the story behind why you feel this. I’ve been studying astrology and Human Design for a few years now to better understand my unique wiring - what’s truly me versus conditioning (alterations I’ve made to myself to fit into my family, community, and culture). I’ve also returned to the experience of somatic therapy over the last month. I highly recommend these resources if you need recommendations. Once you understand yourself, you can reset your view of this need for attention and originality. Many of you may find that you’re naturally made to be observed as you create, live, and simply be. The craving to be witnessed is natural and true for you, but it may be tinged or clothed with pain - heal the pain so that instead of feeling a frantic desperation or pressure around it, you can find rest and easy joy in the natural experience of being observed. Sit in all of this today and tomorrow to close out this energetic lesson.

Tuesday - Sunday

Next, we step into the art of presence. This theme has been engulfing my mind since  last Fall. Presence is so much more than being calm or possessing a regulated nervous system. It is greater than even peace in my mind, though the two often walk hand in hand. An awake, intelligent, and restful place, it can hold authenticity and integrity under pressure. Presence ripples through the air and is sensed by all those near. It is power. A potent place of influence that can change the environment in yourself and the world around you. If like me you are wired and created to leave a strong imprint on this world in your lifetime, the need to master presence is as vital as oxygen. Let this week be a study of this art form, this state, this act.

How do we find our presence? A great question that I have been percolating on for many months and, ironically, I just read a beautiful encapsulation of it this morning. According to Richard Rudd, it is the ability to see, sense, and savor the subtle. I love this, but would simply add that it is the ability to savor the subtle even when under pressure. When you are in this place -  physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually - you can hold your full and honest self in the moment, regardless of the stakes, the energy, the people, the sounds, the colors, the textures, the fears, the excitement, the wants, the needs, the past patterns. You are whole and you are wholly in the moment. You can see it all and feel it all. Your spirit is in tune with the unseen ethereal, while your body is awake and vibrating with the earth. There is no dissociating, sleepiness, intense focus or hypervigilance; you are in your body, ready and able to access all that you are in that exact moment. It’s the most beautiful and powerful feeling.

I also now believe that the more accessible this state is to you, the more you live in true health. Presence is your healthiest state. Most humans cannot live here 24/7, but the more you can flow into this state the more beautiful and impactful your life will be.

Start small by taking a moment tonight to observe the subtle with real awareness. As a Sensitive, you naturally notice a lot, but I guarantee you that part of your coping mechanism since childhood has been to dim what you see so that you avoid overwhelm. Try gently sharpening your focus and letting in more of the information available to you.

Do this in a safe and quiet place. Sit in a comfortable spot, perhaps with a blanket and hot cup of herbal tea. With your eyes open, slowly scan the room and begin taking in the details, moving slowly. If you start to feel your body get dazed or contracted or tension shows up in the eyes or head or other areas of the body, take a break. I find the best way for to do this is to press the cool palm of your hand over the third eye. It’s an amazing relief for Sensitives and Artists. It’s like putting a blind fold over your sensitivity for a minute. It allows us to come back into the body quickly. Play with this. When you’re ready, begin to do this in moments outside, in the office, with your family, at the cafe. See how long you can hold this state in the outer world. Eventually, see if you can hold this even in moments of high stress - presentations, auditions, shoots, dates, tests. What a powerful experience that will be! You will make an unforgettable impression. I can promise you that.

May this week be a sweet one of presence for you. Once you find it, I’d love to hear what it feels like for you to step in and out of your presence.

Moon Schedule

Watch your body. Observe and note how it reveals what you need to address or resolve as the moon moves through the zones of the body. The moonlight is spotlighting your body and focusing attention. Whatever energy the moon is dancing in is the area of the body you will see radiance rise or imbalance unveiled. It’s a free litmus test. Let’s go over this week’s energetic weather:

May 19th - Moon in Aquarius:

  • Body Zone 11: influences the rods and cones of eyes, quality and oxygenation of blood, cellular respiration (oxygen-carbon exchange),venous system, spinal nerves, ankles, shins

  • Hold on today. Take breathes to release whatever tension or frustration or restlessness your feeling. Wait on that action till tomorrow. It may narurally resolve once we enter Gemini season.

May 20th - Moon Moves Into Pisces:

  • Body Zone 12: influences the lymphatic system, extra cellular matrix (internal sea), cellular hydration, intestinal porousness/mucous levels/nutrient absorption, cecum and duodenum function, parasympathetic nervous system, supernatural causes of imbalance (etiologies), subconscious impact on biology, sleep, feet/toes

  • Sun enter Gemini: an exciting energy that will bring more attention to the upper chest region of the body. It will also lighten the load and cause movement in the body in areas that may have felt sluggish or stuck while we’ve been in Taurus season. Weight loss, water clearance and a lift in mood may naturally come forward! Note where you have Gemini in your chart for more insight as well!

  • Sun sextiles Saturn

May 22nd - Moon Moves Into Aries:

  • Body Zone 1: influences the sense of sight, eyes, entire brain, especially motor centers, top of head/cranium, forehead, adrenal glands, upper jaw, teeth

  • Sun sextiles Neptune

  • This is a time of deep contemplation and existential angst. Let yourself rest and slow down. Soak in music that speaks to your soul. Focus on finding calming environments for this day.

  • Venus trines Mars: a sexy time!

    • Go dancing and have fun to lift your mood! You may feel the combo of heavy humanitarian / life reflection thoughts, but also have a craving to move.

    • Watch for emotional extremes, especially if you tend to linger in one end or the other. Give yourself time before making big decisions.

    • Support your adrenals and mineral levels - focus on iron and copper-rich foods and teas.

  • May 23rd: Mercury sextiles North Node

May 24th - Moon Moves Into Taurus:

  • Body Zone 2: influences the lower head: neck/throat (thyroid, parathyroid), base of brain, ears/hearing, mouth (tongue, salivary glands, lower teeth, gums) lower jaw/chin, gullet, pharynx, vocal chords, upper esophagus, swallowing reflex, epiglottis, jugular veins and carotid arteries and thymus

  • A good day for workouts to improve lung strength and circulation.

  • Sun trines Pluto

  • Mercury conjuncts Uranus: heightened electrical stimulation, avoid needle-based therapies. May be a challenging day for those that have an imbalanced thyroid or tinnuititus.

  • May 25th: Saturn enters Aries!

    • Now until Sept and then returns next year and will remain here for 2 years. This is a big energetic shift. Note where you have Aries in your chart. Saturn brings discipline and responsibility. It’s a serious sign, so wherever Aries lands for you - make this a place of adulting for the next season.

    • Saturn can slow down, dry out and block flow, this will occur around zone 1 of the body - Aries. A strong focus on the cerebrum, pituitary and adrenals. You may need to improve flow to the head and release any tension in the neck to prevent congestion in the sinus cavities and inflammation in the brain.

    • This is a big time to become aware of EMF exposure. We may see an increase in brain and eye conditions during the next 2 years. This is a big deal. Please take extra precautions to reduce and mitigate exposure of your head (brain, eyes, thyroid too) from being close to phones, laptops, wifi routers, 5 G towers, and electric cars as much as you can.

    • Sleep is critical. This is when the brain washes and cleanses itself of build ups and toxins. Your body will need extra support here! You may find it more difficult to sleep, even though you also need it more… get to know what supports work for you and keep them at the ready.

Overall Themes

The moon shining fully today will reverberate over the next few weeks. It represents transformation, rebirth at your deepest depths. The call you’re feeling, the angst inside you, the questions rising are not light - face them, feel them, answer them. It’s time. A new beginning awaits you on the other side of this in a few weeks, but first you must clean house. Scorpio doesn’t take anything casually. Intensity is its middle name. Lean in. Breathe through it. Write through it. Speak through it. Cry through it. Move through it. Sweat through it. Shower and bathe through it. Let it all wash out of you.

We are coming back to the essence of life. The simplicity required to reset and rebirth. This bare place will allow for the clean entrance of what is meant to be your next era, your next focus, your next moment - check the themes of your house that scorpio rules over to see what you’re being asked to look into during this time Taurus is asking you to nourish yourself through this time, so really prioritize your long sleep, restoring foods and quiet Divine moments right now.

We’ve been in this theme all weekend long and will continue in a heightened state through Thursday, transitioning from complexity to simplicity - a purge of all that is excess, dying or already dead and yet we’re still dragging it. Then we move into a reflection on our ways of pursuing originality. As we consider this fresh state we’ve created, how will we move forward? Who do we want to be? Are we afraid to be extraordinary? Are we afraid to be ordinary? As an artist and sensitive you are naturally extraordinary, but perhaps the spotlight that comes with this is one you’ve been running from… or perhaps you love your uniqueness and can’t stand the thought of needing what every other human needs, ignoring and rebelling against the average in order to reach transcendent impact. Or perhaps you’re like me and a lovely combo of the two… soak in and witness your thoughts. Notice even more so how this feels in your body… how does it express? Taurus season invites us to always channel everything through our body.

Taurean energy is still strong, underlying all of this intense energy. It roots us into the earth and yet also feels so divine and heavenly to me. I always think of a luscious feast in the Garden of Eden, with heavy Narnia vibes. If you’ve ever read C.S. Lewis’ first book in his Narnia chronicles, the active rising and creation of the world suits just right here. To me, God encompasses all his universe’s energies, but Taurus energy is how I’m wired to understand love, so there’s a potent connection here for me between God and Taurus.

As you move through the hurricane of this week, rest in the eye of the storm whenever it arrives. Take breaks. Give yourself care, but also don’t shy away from the gritty moments. If you have the capacity to hold, the more you lean in, the sooner it’ll complete and dissipate. You are ready for this. Honor the action you are feeling called to when you’re ready this week, then rest in the simplicity it creates and allow the weekend to be your space of contemplation for who you wish to be going forward.

This week is going to take you far.

Subconscious Statement Inspiration

  1. Open doors, close doors.

  2. I acknowledge all closures in front of me. I release my grip effortlessly.

  3. With every death, comes a healing rebirth.

  4. My body uses the natural flow of the universe to clear repressed emotions or reset my body for healthy function.

  5. I trust that Divine wisdom is being poured into my body every day.

  6. I trust myself. I trust my body.

  7. If it’s happening, then I am strong enough or God will provide.

Moon Schedule

The moon impacts your subconscious, your body is the physical expression of your subconscious, so your health is tied tightly to the rhythms and state of the moon. Let’s go over this week’s energetic weather:

May 12th - Full Moon in Scorpio:

  • Body Zone 8: influences the colon, rectum, stool, anus, buttocks, sacrum, coccyx, bladder, urethra/ureters, urine, genitals, ovaries, uterus (when pregnant), sweat glands, nose, and throat

  • Are you menstruating right now? You are in a healing cycle. The body is clearing, cleansing and making room for rejuvenation. Are you ovulating? Time to feel powerful, own your creativity and birth something new!

  • If you’re prone to UTIs, constipation or hormonal fluctuations, you may see symptoms here if there is an issue your body wants you to address. This is simply a message for you to answer, nourish yourself back to balance with gentleness.

  • Mercury squares Pluto - be cautious around what you say today, perhaps let the day pass before you respond, if you are feeling a high high or low low around the conversation.

May 13th - Moon Moves Into Sagittarius:

  • Body Zone 9: influences the arterial circulation (especially around the pelvis and hips), expiration of breath, central nervous system (motor nerves), voluntary muscular system, lower spinal nerves, sacrum, hips, thighs and femurs, coccyx and buttocks

  • A great few days to try breathwork or meditation highly focused on breath. Notice if you hold your breath during the day… it’ll be highlighted here as a coping mechanism your body uses as a stress response.

May 15th - Moon Moves Into Capricorn:

  • Body Zone 10: influences the interior pituitary, skin, entire skeletal system, joints and bones, tendons/ligaments/cuticles, knee and patella

  • A great day to asses the health of your skin, don’t get aggressive, but consider an extra step of care. Whatever you need to address to create vibrant glowing skin will show itself now.

  • Jupiter squares North Node - a big moment of tension between the reality of where you are and where you are meant to go.

  • This moon brings about a very earthy few days - feeling grounded and fertile and potentially a bit dry, heavy, and slow.

  • Avoid surgery or any kind of procedure that uses needles on May 17th

May 18th - Moon Moves Into Aquarius:

  • Body Zone 11: influences the rods and cones of eyes, quality and oxygenation of blood, cellular respiration (oxygen-carbon exchange),venous system, spinal nerves, ankles, shins

  • A high internal electricity moment, stay grounded and reduce exposure to EMF devices or turn on airplane mode your EMF when and where you can if you’re extra sensitive.

Your astrological map is a powerful tool to understand sources of chronic symptoms, health blocks, your body’s vulnerabilities and strengths, and the best preventative measures to stay strong, youthful, vibrant, and dis-ease free. Weekly Energetic Weather: May 5th-11th

Overall Themes

Monday-Friday

This weekend we were initiated into a receptive energy, a feminine flow. How did it feel for you? It is continuing through Friday. I’m finding it to be a contrast to much of the underlying masculine fiery energy we’ve been swimming in since mid-April. As a result, I feel it’s acting more as a harmonizer or balancer, providing some softness in this time of sharp commanding drive and goal-oriented “trying” going on all around us.

It’s also posing a potent question - where do you find your home? The feminine, the mother, is how we create our home, our base, our foundation. If you’ve been revisiting memories or in real time navigating your relationship with your mother or the dominant female figure in your life, you’re fully in flow with the current energies. I also find it fascinating that this is rolling in right before mother’s day…

Your relationships with those that you look to for your sense of home, to feel grounded, comforted, happy, perhaps even the actual space you create and maintain to feel safe and secure, are coming to the surface and asking you to see the misconceptions, the falsehoods, the holes, the weakly constructed foundations. Are you meant to find your home in others or in an environment?

The longing for home is really a desire to feel whole, to feel known, to be at rest in your very soul – to know that all is well and to be filled to bursting with an unconditional love. This bliss we desire does not come from seeking or grasping onto others, but from a place of full trust in God and his universe. Trust in life. Trust in yourself.

Fear can feel like the very enemy of this feminine bliss and trust. Fear of being lost, fear of being left, fear of being alone, fear of not being enough… If your original bond with your mother figure was not secure, then you may find yourself faced with layers upon layers of fear that feels like a heavy weight or physical block to finding home.

Heavy, I know, but I have a beautiful possibility for you to consider this week, a new perspective. What if you embraced your fear? What if fear was SAFE? Sit with this for a hot minute.

Look at fear through the feminine lens (spiritual instead of primal), here it’s not about true danger it’s about possibility, it’s about projections, it’s about the past… these are not going to injure you, just make you face change, feel discomfort and consider risks. You know this deep down, so I’m just going to say it, your true home will land when you walk hand in hand with your fears.

Safety is not the opposite of fear it’s the full integration and allowance of its existence. Fear is not your block to home. Your resistant and avoidance of fear is the block. The healthy feminine energy this week is offering you a chance to trust all the emotions that arise within you, including fear, and to still surrender to life. To gently pull up the anchors you placed in others. To reclaim your feminine element and to honor the mother energy in yourself and plant yourself here for the near future. This is when home is rebirthed within you. This is when bliss arrives. This is when you finally feel filled to overflowing and can “give” without trying. This is the ultimate expression of feminine love. As the world swirls in masculine force, let’s float in feminine felicity.

Saturday - Sunday

The weekend brings the contemplation of simplicity to us. To be honest, as I am preparing this for you, I feel so much resistance towards this concept in this exact moment. I have been all about embracing complexity lately, owning it in the world, others, and myself. The idea that life has to be simple and almost primal is at odds with where the world is headed, so perhaps some of my own resistance is simply picking up on the energy of this era’s tension.

Since 2020, I have found myself waffling back and forth between these pulls. That classic battle between creating a peaceful nature heaven in the pastures and living off your own production versus embracing all the technology and moving forward into the next revolution of humanity to create a blissful existence of spirituality and philosophy over primal grit work. This is the transition we’re all feeling, and many are choosing a side and sticking to it hard. I actually feel that deep down, we all want both. We want peace with nature and the bliss of living a spiritual and philosophical life.

As I write this, I do realize that both options end in simplicity, in a way. A softer existence either in the mind or the body. What appeals to you most likely reflects your internal wiring or fears. Are you an earthy body-driven 3D human or more of an ethereal mental and 4/5D human or to add in a complication that I shouldn’t because we’re talking about simplicity… do you fluctuate and encompass all the above? I resonate with the last, of course. This is my resistance. Simplicity can feel like a cage to me at times, but perhaps that’s because I have yet to fully burn out my complexity meter or perhaps it’s because I do see all the angles and savor the nuances of life. You’re wired somewhat similarly to me, I assume. What do you think, feel, and see in this? Let’s talk about it. This energy will move into the following week, so I’ll pick it back up next Monday after you’ve had two days to meditate on it and share your reflections. I want to hear from you. I’m so curious.

Moon Schedule

The moon impacts your subconscious, your body is the physical expression of your subconscious, so your health is tied tightly to the rhythms and state of the moon. Let’s go over this week’s energetic weather:

May 5th - Moon Moves into Virgo:

  • Body Zone 6: influences the liver, intestines, pancreas, spleen, immune system, autonomic nervous system (sympathetic especially), movement of blood between the digestive organs and spleen to the liver (portal circulation), fingers

  • Virgo is the main representation of the body.

  • First day (today) is a very fertile day, beautiful for conception.

  • A very earthy few days - both moon and sun are in earth signs.

  • Liver slows down here and bile dries up, so a lot of hardening and intestinal stasis. You may notice dry skin. Please stay hydrated and use extra supports to keep BMs moving. If you struggle with fat break down, eat lightly and focus on vegetables till the 8th.

  • Avoid liver or gallbladder cleansing these days.

May 8th - Moon Moves Into Libra:

  • Body Zone 7: influences the kidneys, ovaries, lumbar spine, buttocks (shared with Sagittarius), the waist, the sense of balance, acid-alkaline balance, salt and fluid balance, and adrenal glands (shared with Mars and Aries), the electric-magnetic exchange, and the pause between breaths

  • Support the kidneys heavily. Avoid alcohol. You may find that you are urinating more than normal, so please stay well hydrated to compensate. If there is an ache in the back on both sides and/or feet, the kidneys are asking for help.

  • Blood sugar and mineral imbalances can be thrown off easily during this time. Eat regularly and include a fat, high mineral protein (quality red meat or seafood) and carb in every meal to keep yourself balanced.

May 10th - Moon Moves Into Scorpio:

  • Body Zone 8: influences the colon (and peristalsis), rectum, feces/stool, anus, buttocks, sacrum, coccyx, bladder, urethra/ureters, urine, genitals, ovaries, uterus (when pregnant), sweat glands, nose, and throat

  • If you are experiencing a sore throat or build up in your throat look towards imbalances in your genitals, uterus, and urethera/ureters. If you’re bleeding through this, you may notice heavier flow, in other words, a stronger detox.

  • A great time for eradication and detox! Specifically clearing pathogens: viruses, bacterias and pathogens. A day that can initiate a big push of clearing hidden infections in the body. This is great if you support it, but can also show up as a herx/healing reaction if it’s not supported.

  • Watch eating too much vinegar and other fermented foods, this can cause a rise in histamine issues.

  • May 11th: Full Moon in Scorpio

    • A high fertility day! Combo of earth sun and water moon. Great for a strong and fetus-holding uterus.

    • The most MAGNETIC moon of the year!

    • To avoid swelling, keep your magnesium and pottasium levels high.

    • Moments will come to a head on this day. A very momentous time.

Your astrological map is a powerful tool to understand sources of chronic symptoms, health blocks, your body’s vulnerabilities and strengths, and the best preventative measures to stay strong, youthful, vibrant, and dis-ease free. Reclaiming Agency With the Big “C”

Spoken in hushed tones. It sparks an almost reverent terror within all who hear it or speak to it. As a result, it’s been placed on its own pedestal within the medical community and given an almost god-like position that perhaps it does not deserve…

Reality of Cancer Discussion

Many in the holistic health and wellness community avoid speaking to cancer and all the misinformation surrounding it for fear of being sued or cancelled. But dancing around it has only fed the fire of its mysteriousness.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s not that it doesn’t bring up fear in me as well, but what I wonder is if other conditions shouldn’t receive the same, if not more, priority? There are many health imbalances and conditions that are just as heavy and impactful and if addressed with the same seriousness as cancer could prevent cancer. They all should be discussed with the same intentionality and transparency.

You and I and every human around us are carrying cancer cells, right now, in our bodies. And along the same vein, we are also carrying viruses, bacteria, parasites and other pathogens. It’s not about creating or maintaining or even returning to a state of sanitization.

You are an organism here to co-exist with other organisms. Cancer cells are a part of this ecosystem. I even wonder if at some point science will uncover an element of necessity to their presence. Just as they have so many other natural residents and functions within the human body. Whenever we think we’ve mastered and captured the body, we are humbled and shown there are still eons and eons of layers undiscovered or grasped.

A Shift in Focus

Instead of focusing our efforts on the end result of cancer, perhaps we should be going upstream to the numerous exposures, infections and emotional triggers that instigate the expansion of cancer cells within the body. It’s now understood that cancer is not genetic-based, but instead developed in response to your inner-terrain and on-going environment, known as epigenetics. It’s the slow and steady reduction of immune strength and influence that allows cancer to gain more and more dominance. Despite the messaging our present medical community seems to promote, cancer does not just appear out of nowhere. It may feel like that because up until the moment of diagnosis the patient appears normal or is told their symptoms are normal, when in reality they are just common and not note-worthy enough for insurance to payout for deeper insight.

To be clear, the various forms, likelihood and speed of metastasizing are not my area of expertise at all. I am in no way pretending to be an authority on the subject, instead I consider myself a highly invested outside observer. My proficiency lies in the nuanced and holistic practice of curating resilience and long-term health. All of which involve the lead up to and prevention of a cancer diagnosis. From this point of view, I want to initiate discussion about the importance of prevention and even when diagnosed, continued caution before stepping into dramatic action like removal surgeries or chemotherapy.

Choosing an Approach to Cancer

I would label most cancer treatments as last-ditch efforts, ideally saved for emergency moments when death is actually imminent, not just projected. There are a wide range of therapies available that should be considered, even within the US, that can retrain the body to kill, neutralize or turn cancer cells back into healthy cells. The standard treatments discussed with patients are typically the most damaging available and yet they are presented as the only options.

Dare I call this an overreaction? I can hear you saying – better too much than too little! Is that true though? Look, I understand. Really, I do. When you have the fear of God put in you from childhood about the big “C” you are primed and even craving a full missile attack as soon as you hear that diagnosis.

Before you launch though, hear me out. Let’s look at a milder situation that has a similar mentality – antibiotics. Doctors got into the habit of seeing them as the cure-all for everything. I have received countless stories from clients describing flippant prescription of powerful multiple-round antibiotics without proper lab collection or even a basic body assessment to support the treatment. Antibiotics are not harmless and alter the microbiome in a way that can change biology drastically and quickly. The massive gut-based medical conditions rampant among humans these days are very much tied to this sadly common, flagrant antibiotic overuse. I feel we need to heed this example as a warning.

For example, the standard go-to of chemotherapy is not a one-stop shop for cancer. Just like antibiotics, it takes out both the beneficial as well as the harmful and puts the body in a place of great immune vulnerability that makes it incredibly difficult for the body to rise to full health again. Nothing is impossible and the body is brilliant, but why take the risk of potentially taking your body out before the cancer even does it?

This is purely my opinion, but I would put good money on the possibility that most cancer treatments are actually what ends the patient’s life, not the cancer itself.

I’m for education. I believe everyone deserves access to the full range of choices and a complete understanding of the consequences of each. These days, that requires self-empowered research. Doctors in our current medical system rarely have the time, support, or brain power to expand their wheelhouse of knowledge. They’re also bound by what’s been approved by our regulating agencies – agencies that are most likely bought out by the very companies that profit from the standard cancer treatments and are also far behind other countries in considering and accepting newer, advanced forms of treatment. I feel it’s all a game, so I am a fan of opting out through self-education and research. It’s up to you to bring the options to your doctor, and if they’re not open, find a new one. It’s that clear cut…

It’s About Prevention

Again, my area of expertise is prevention by resetting the body for resilience, not cancer treatment or recovery. I curate bodies that keep cancer at bay or if it does get a foothold, there is little fear, pure trust in their body’s ability to recover, and confidence to choose whatever option they deem healthiest for their body. My clients don’t fall for the scare tactics, pressure or disempowerment, and they select medical professionals who believe in the brilliance of their body.

Let’s talk more openly about cancer. Let’s soften the fear and acknowledge that most of us will encounter it in some form in our lifetime. Release the power it holds over you through discussion and real awareness. You are stronger than you know!
