Weekly Energetic Weather: June 9th - 15th

Overall Themes

Monday - Friday

Under the Sagittarius and Capricorn moons this week, we are going to learn what responsible leadership looks like for each one of us and potentially humanity as a whole. Starting today through Wednesday we may be tempted towards escapism, avoiding the maturity, focus or generosity that true thoughtful leadership entails, but as the full moon hits on Wednesday a wake up call or moment of Divine wisdom will drop in and guide us towards the structure, seriousness and blessings of our calling.

I believe you are here to be a leader, even if it’s simply of your own heart and mind and body. No one has an opt-out when it comes to maturation. You are here to expand. It’s not often comfortable and it sure doesn’t look pretty. Growing while leading often feels like a pendulum swinging from one extreme to another all while others are watching and waiting and commenting, but this is natural. You’ll eventually find your middle ground and land. The underlying challenge for this week will be choosing to accept, instead of shame, your process, because let’s be honest… you may really dislike being witnessed through the whiplash. You’re being invited to refine your ability to hold your feet to the fire and step into a role of guidance or self-initiated growth.

Friday - Sunday

We finish out the Capricorn energy and step into Aquarius influence on Saturday, but starting Friday we will begin to feel the pull. It’ll be dependent on your current emotional state and habit of expression. If you’ve been in the rhythm of over-expressing and struggling to find balance, you will be exploring what healthy restraint or at least intentional and thoughtful expression, could look and feel like for you. If you’ve been repressing emotions, especially out of fear of being controlled or hurt, then you may be offered the chance to crack open your soul and step onto the stage of vulnerability. There will be no promise of safety, but that’s exactly why it’ll be a challenge. You could get hurt, but that in itself is the next stage of the lesson - how to navigate being hurt without shutting down again. I promise you won’t die, even if it feels a little bit like it at first, you will come out of it. I’ve been here.

Whether you want it or not, this week (and every week) is here to open you up. Every time you surrender to the rhythm of the earth’s energies your body finds alignment, harmony, and ease. I personally believe God crafted our universe with intentional energetic themes and rhythms. Each moon state and cycle offers us a new pair of glasses with a specific lens. This week it’s the Sagittarius lens, then the Capricorn lens, and then the Aquarius lens. We are invited to reflect on ourselves and the world around us in this way for however long the moon is influenced by this energy. I love this. It fully matches my understanding of God. Of course, he made a world that catalyzed and expanded us regularly. The ultimate artist and creator, why wouldn’t he use his work to activate us. Our world is so much more that just stone, dirt, water, and sky. Everything is energy, everything has meaning and every part of this world and you is chosen for a reason. This is my view of the world and you are welcome to try it on for size or release it as needed.

Moon Schedule

Watch your body. Observe and note how it reveals what you need to address or resolve as the moon moves through the zones of your body. The moonlight is spotlighting your body and focusing attention. Whatever energy the moon is dancing in will highlight that same energy in the body. You will see either a rise in radiance or an unveiling of imbalance in the zones of the body connected to the earth’s current energy. It’s a free litmus test. If this sounds woo-woo, remember it’s just because you weren’t taught this in depth in school, but we are discussing physics here. Everything on the earth and in the solar system around the earth emits energy/magnetism. This energy/magnetism activates your body at a cellular level. The system of astrology is simply an ancient way of understanding how all this impacts us. An archaic language is used that can, until you are familiar with it, feel foreign and even mystical, but it’s simply labeling and categorizing action and effect, like any other system you’re more accustomed to understanding. Let’s go over this week’s moon flow:

June 9th - Moon Moves Into Sagittarius:

  • How this affects your body: you will feel an impact on your nervous system, you may notice a heightened sensitivity, a tendency to hold the breathe or a need to manually breathe. If you have a history pain or injury to your hips, lower back or upper legs you may experience concentrated energy here.

  • How this affects your heart/mind/day: an openness, philosophical diversions, a need for freedom or travel or movement

  • Full Moon in Sagittarius - June 11th: Walk under this beautiful moonlight if you get a chance and contemplate all the blessings you’ve received and challenges you’ve processed over the last 2 weeks. What a gift your life is!

June 12th - Moon Moves Into Capricorn:

  • How this affects your body: you may experience expressions through the skin if detox is backed up, a glow if not. You may observe tenderness of joints if the body is harboring inflammation, especially around the knees. You might enjoy sharper brain connection, communication within the body, and therefore improved overall function – meaning you feel deeply GOOD.

  • How this affects your heart/mind/day: an ability to focus, deeper determination to succeed, a seriousness, creation of structure

June 14th - Moon Moves Into Aquarius:

  • How this affects your body: if you’re navigating chronic symptoms they may show themselves in force over this moon. If you’re in good health, then you may feel an ease almost a forgetfulness about your body, you’ll float ;). It’s possible to experience eye strain or ocular based headaches, so hydrate well and keep your screen time light to avoid.

  • How this affects your heart/mind/day: a tendency to stay in the mind over heart, enhanced pattern observation, visions for the future and planning

Your astrological map is a powerful tool to understand sources of chronic symptoms, health blocks, your body’s vulnerabilities and strengths, and the best preventative measures to stay strong, youthful, vibrant, and dis-ease free. I can introduce you to your map in my single session or use your astrology to dive very deep as a part of your Concierge Reset. Come see me!

Weekly Energetic Weather: June 2nd - 8th

Overall Themes

No moment is the same. Every day we are given a whole new adventure, if we choose to live in and move with presence. We have entered a week of adventure - take the invitation. Adventure is not always extreme, like a trip abroad or jumping out of an airplane. Living with the mindset of adventure can be quite nuanced, in my humble opinion. In fact, it’s when we start idolizing adventure as extreme experiences or massive change that we can find ourselves living a life of restless hunger - always waiting and waiting for the next big moment and feeling deep dissatisfaction until it arrives. Yes, sometimes adventure can be that great dream, but more often than not it can be found in the world right here, right now, exactly where you are. Let yourself feel the subtle shifts of excitement, beauty, thrill and romance in each day, where ever you find yourself. Smell the flowers blooming around you, eat that juicy nectarine with delight, smile at the handsome stranger, read the thought provoking book, have the late night conversation with the server, walk under the moonlight, vacuum the floor while singing your favorite musical, let it all be gorgeous. Let it all be pleasurable. Let it all be full of vivacious delight! Live to your full measure… Tune into the audio for more of my personal thoughts and stories on this week’s theme.

Moon Schedule

Watch your body. Observe and note how it reveals what you need to address or resolve as the moon moves through the zones of the body. The moonlight is spotlighting your body and focusing attention. Whatever energy the moon is dancing in is the area of the body you will see radiance rise or imbalance unveiled. It’s a free litmus test. Let’s go over this week’s energetic weather:

June 2nd - Moon in Virgo:

  • Body Zone 6: truly a full body reveal, but mainly influences the liver, intestines, pancreas, spleen, immune system, autonomic nervous system (sympathetic especially), movement of blood between the digestive organs and spleen to the liver (portal circulation), fingers

  • Virgo moon is a time to really review your health, especially in the daily smaller routines. Is your schedule supporting you? The timing of your wake up, meals, bedtime? Your movement? Your self-care? Your social life? Tune in and make adjustments to see if you can’t curate an even better daily life over these next 3 days.

June 5th - Moon Moves Into Libra:

  • Body Zone 7: influences the kidneys, ovaries, lumbar spine, buttocks (shared with Sagittarius), the waist, the sense of balance, acid-alkaline balance, salt and fluid balance, and adrenal glands (shared with Mars and Aries), the electric-magnetic exchange, and the pause between breaths

  • Venus sextile Jupiter - this aspect brings out our fashionable side as well as activates kindness, generosity and hospitality in all of us. This will be a lovely day!

  • Mercury sextiles Mars - This harmonious aspect strengthens thinking and gives us the ability to act and think fast. You may find yourself more apt to follow rabbit trails or dig deep in research during this time.

  • Mercury squares North Node - This aspect will either heighten your mental strength and support your self-analysis and therefore growth, or if you’re in a more defensive state, then you will struggle to focus on your life’s purpose today. Be open and let any criticism roll off your back. Listen to what may apply and then release the rest. Allow room for growth in response to others’ feedback.

  • June 6th

    • Venus enters Taurus - I’m excited for this. Much of my chart is dominated by Taurus energy. Taurus is ruled by Venus so this is a very collaborative and happy placement for all of us, the collective! Taurus Venus + Libra Moon is a potent season of beauty, grace, savoring life, art and luxury. A few days of deep indulgence and pleasure. It is GOOD and HEALTHY to feel and fully be juicy and joyous!

June 7th - Moon Moves Into Scorpio:

  • Body Zone 8: influences the colon (and peristalsis), rectum, feces/stool, anus, buttocks, sacrum, coccyx, bladder, urethra/ureters, urine, genitals, ovaries, uterus (when pregnant), sweat glands, nose, and throat

  • June 8th

    • Mercury conjuncts Jupiter - This conjunction gives people considerable interest in the realm of thought and the desire for learning and knowledge. These people are often travellers, theologians and philosophers. They love freedom of expression and they frequently have reservations about the education system.

    • Mercury enters Cancer - your words will be driven by your heart, to nourish and care for yourself and those you love around you.

Your astrological map is a powerful tool to understand sources of chronic symptoms, health blocks, your body’s vulnerabilities and strengths, and the best preventative measures to stay strong, youthful, vibrant, and dis-ease free. Weekly Energetic Weather: May 26th- June 1st

Overall Themes

Monday-Sunday

Today, we receive a refreshing reset with the New Moon in Gemini. This fresh take allows us to clean up our energy and boundaries and reflect on our state. Closing out the question - are we present? - from last week’s mediation and inviting in the question - am I fully alive? - this week.

So are you? Truly, deeply, enthusiastically living? Are you moving from a place of full expression and making daily choices based on what you are here to do? Take this week to observe yourself and the life you’ve created from this lens.

A big shift took place this last weekend. Saturn in Pisces was a time of delusion, a season of vision and pipe dreams. Saturn has entered Aries - the energy of initiation, the command of action, the presence of courage. We are now being asked to take real bold action.

Whatever it is that you know you’re here to do, and perhaps it’s multiple things - I have quite a handful, personally - are you moving towards it in the 3D world? There’s power in visualization, dreaming, planning, and believing, but there comes a moment when you must put thought into movement.

Take a minute, right now. Go there. You’re on your deathbed. You know what I’m going to say… that thing, that goal, that work, that creation, that experience that lives in the back of your mind. Bring it forward. It’s time to make this a reality.

Pick one small step you can take to progress this part of you. If you can’t think of anything, then ask God to show you what’s possible or something that you’re not seeing. If you can think of something, but you immediately start drowning in reasons why you can’t do it - pause the mind and let the body feel what it could experience if the best possible scenario occurred. From this place, take a mini-step toward the bigger step or use your new found enthusiasm to go for the bigger step!

The time is now. The era is here. This is not a season for holding back or waiting. It’s the time to explore risk with intention, so give those scary thoughts a try. Channel your fear into strategy and take bold well-thought-out steps.

Live fully and allow yourself the grace to make mistakes! Experience is how we learn. Experience is how we figure out what is correct for us. Experience is how we strengthen our self-trust. You are allowed to trip and fall flat on your face. It will teach you what structure or strategy you need next time. And I promise you, you will not die. You will recover and you will gain deep confidence from really living it out in your body.

2023-2025 was a season of massive activation for me. The energy of this week is what I was living during that time, but perhaps more so on an entry level, I had a preview in a way, and starting now I’m being called to go even deeper, to go full measure. I’m not holding back. And I’m going to give all the areas of my life this level of attention. I have many dreams and desires and I trust they have been given to me for a reason. I don’t have to be one thing and neither do you. Life is beautifully layered and variety is its gold.

The world is shifting and changing and this week is just the natural progression of this. I know you’ve felt it, because you are changing with it - down to your very cells. No one has been the same since the 2020 cocoon and now we are breaking out of the crysalis. It’s a whole new ecosystem and the fascinating part is that technically, we are writing its rules. We are stepping into a time of adventure and boundlessness. What an incredible time to be alive, so let’s actually be ALIVE!

Lean into this energy with me and let’s allow ourselves to be fully expanded and open and excited!

May 26th - Moon in Gemini:

  • Body Zone 3: influences the speech centers of the brain, afferent nerves/coordination, upper lungs, bronchial tubes, intake of breath, shoulders, clavicle, scapula, arms/wrists/hands

  • Today is a potent day, so take it gently and position yourself in a witness seat. What’s coming forward? What patterns are you seeing? What doors are being opened and unlocked for you? Trust this. Also, this new moon, plus Saturn’s shift to Aries is why you were soooo exhausted last week… yep, we all felt it!

May 28th - Moon Moves Into Cancer:

  • Body Zone 4: influences the breasts (lacteals and milk), lower lungs, sternum, thoracic duct, upper lymphatics, peristaltic action of the thoracic duct, rib cage, diaphragm, lower esophagus, fungus, stomach, pylorus, epigastric region, organ coverings (pericardium, pleura, meanings and womb), armpits and elbows

  • Cancer brings up an extra strong energy around your personal and familial memory, attachment-bonding behavior, the imprint of long-term memory… it can be a very tender time, especially if you have cancer placements.

  • You may experience extra sensitivity to light, diurnal rhythms and temperature. Honor what you need over these 2 days. I often find myself getting cozy and being quite bear-like, hibernating at home.

May 30th - Moon Moves Into Leo:

  • Body Zone 5: influences the heart/aorta, spinal alignment/sheaths, gallbladder, back muscles (longissimus, latissimus dorsi, transversal), heart muscles, forearms, wrist

  • Main character energy day, especially if you have a Leo sun, moon, venus or rising… but even if you don’t you might find yourself more open to being seen and letting your radiant courageous self out.

June 1st - Moon Moves Into Virgo:

  • Body Zone 6: influences the liver, intestines, pancreas, spleen, immune system, autonomic nervous system (sympathetic especially), movement of blood between the digestive organs and spleen to the liver (portal circulation), fingers

  • Virgo is the main representation of the body so you may really feel your 3D-ness during this time, for better or worse.

  • This is an energetically packed day, but in a beneficial and positive way. A much desired and needed season of goodness starts! Enjoy!

My Hot Take on Mast Cell Activation Syndrome

There has been a dramatic increase in the delving out of the label of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. A label that often comes with a strong antihistamine prescription, like Benadryl times ten, and a “we don’t have a cure for this” statement.  Per usual, I hold a different perspective. Let’s dive into this together.

Basic Function of Mast Cells

We need to start at the beginning by understanding what mast cells are here to do for us, before we start hating on them. Mast cells are a type of white blood cell that act as part of our first line of defense. They are here to protect us from organisms that wish to conquer or injure our body. As a part of that defense, mast cells carry the ability to release granules rich in mediators that activate the immune system and incite the inflammation process. Mediator is an overarching term that includes: histamines, tryptase, heparin, leukotrienes, prostaglandins, cytokines, and chemokines. When the body is balanced and functioning healthfully, it will gratefully embrace this appropriate initiation to defend itself. Once the organism has been dismantled or destroyed, the body will follow up with the second half of this process. It will downregulate the inflammation response, deactivate the immune system and clear dead pieces of the organism as well as any toxins it released as it died. We need and want healthy mast cells! They are our protectors.

Mast cells can be found in connective tissue and mucosal regions of the body, think anywhere the body comes into contact with external or environmental elements and needs to take action to protect you. This includes your skin, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, and brain. These organs are hot spots for mast cell habitation and as a result the main areas we observe and feel their activity.

Okay, so how did we go from protector to aggravator and receive the label or the symptoms of mast cell activation syndrome?

Mast Cell Dysfunction & Overactivation

Just like any part of the body, normal healthy function can go array when there is a natural vulnerability in your physical make up or you have navigated years of emotional weight, environmental toxins, and lifestyle stressors or you are meant to experience this for the benefit of yourself and others or the most likely case if you’re reading this… all the above.

Mast cells can overreact, overprotect, overrespond. This can create a heavy soup of mediators in your system that soak your body in all the symptoms of immune alarm and inflammation. If your body is not able to move through the second half of this cycle and counterbalance by downregulating and closing out the activation, you will be stuck in the first half of this response.

Symptoms of being stuck in hyper or continuous mast cell release (known as degranulation):

  • Vasodilation (lowered blood pressure)

  • Dramatic internal temperature changes

  • Itching

  • Hives

  • Rashes

  • Nerve tingling

  • Flushing

  • Tachycardia (rapid heartbeat)

  • GI symptoms, like cramping

  • Tissue remodeling

  • Coughing, wheezing & shortness of breath

  • Anxiety

  • Over time due to chronic inflammation: hair loss, brain fog, neurotransmitter malfunction leading to major mood changes, aching swollen joint, skin conditions like acne, numbness, autoimmune activity, rapid aging, cancer, etc.

Causes of Mast Cell Dysfunction

When you’re in this state it can feel maddening, exhausting, and frightening because you have no control and every time you think you’ve identified and mapped out what’s causing your reactions something surprises you. The reason for this is that there are many many many factors that activate mast cells and when your capacity bucket as I call it is filled to the brim, the tiniest drop can send the bucket into overflow. Foods that are “healthy”, homes that you swear are mold-free, clothes that are toxin-free, supplements that are anti-inflammatory… you know what I’m talking about. I lived this for years too and to be honest when I’m not reducing my bucket regularly, I still occasionally can see glimpses of it.

When your capacity bucket is filled to the brim, your mast cells become extremely and unnecessarily reactive. Meaning that elements that should not trigger mediator release can and often will, because the mast cells are in such a heightened alert state that they’re easily startled, even by helpful new guests (think supplements) and safe regular visitors (think food) or upset and irritated by normal and natural functions (think hormone fluctuations throughout your menstrual cycle).

This is a very pulled back view of the dysfunction, but I find it helpful to not get caught up in the weeds, because the reality is we (the scientific community) don’t fully grasp the biological functions of the human body, despite the fact that we love to act like we do. The one thing we do know for sure, is that the causations of immune dysregulation vary from person to person based on their past and current state. We call this epigenetics. In other words, exactly what I said above. This is why we release labels in my practice and focus on the make-up and contents of your capacity bucket. This is how I find success, maintain hope, and enjoy a freedom from western constraints on what is and is not possible for the body. The body is brilliant and I’ve watched, experienced, and guided it towards recovery from “uncurable” mysterious states many times.

So how did we get here and how can we reverse and reduce this overactive response of our protector cells?

Uncovering Your Layers & Triggers

Whenever we are looking at the body for clues as to why it’s sending us messages, we have to start at the beginning. How are you wired? What is your physical map? I personally use your astrological and human design charts paired with your family and personal health history to uncover this. Your astrological and human design charts show us where you are strong and where you have vulnerabilities. We look at what signs, elements, digestive tendencies, and planets dominate your body to determine for example whether you are naturally more firey or cool, able to detox effectively or struggle to clear, prone to digestive efficiency or sluggishness, quick to recover from infection or linger and lean towards chronic conditions.

Once we know your starting point, then we add your parents relationship with their bodies (what you came into the world carrying), the environment you grew up in, the toxin exposures your body has had to navigate, whether or not you possess the trait of natural and/or developed sensitivity, and the burdens you are currently carrying to indicate the fullness of your body’s capacity bucket. I also see great value in ordering insightful labs to provide data that further backs all of this up. It’s always good to see yourself from multiple angles, especially when you’ve been drowning in confusion and have lost trust in yourself and medical providers. I like to pull panels that evaluate your blood levels, mediator release, gastrointestinal state, neurotransmitter expression, mycotoxin presence and more.

By assessing all the above I can get a strong understanding of you and why you’ve arrived here, then together we can confirm a roadmap to reduce reactions and enable recovery.

A General Roadmap & Recommendations for Reaction Reduction

I always prefer to work 1:1 so that I can be very targeted and involved, in order to make this process seamless and efficient, which is why I created my Concierge Reset offering that keeps me in continual conversation with you. To me, it’s vital that you navigate this tender and hypersensitive experience with sensitivity and quick support.

FUNCTION & DETOX

This is where I do the deepest work. We get your body back up and running by opening up your detox pathways so that your body can start clearing its bucket on its own, without pushing. This is very important. Never push your body until you know you can clear effectively. Then we’ll step in with sweepers to start gently moving all the built-up toxins, inflammation, and overall debris out. As your digestive engines start rolling again, we’ll work on increasing your capacity from whatever angle is best for you based on what we’ve learned. As your bucket empties further and we have space to safely and gently move, we can begin to address some of the burdens your body has taken on and make larger steps. This often looks like a gut microbiome reset, followed by toxin clearance, and if still needed, thyroid, adrenal, and brain recovery. Everyone’s journey is different, but the downstream effect of this work is that your reactions will subside (usually within 1-2 months) and all the other imbalances that you want to see resolve, like your hormones, will happen naturally as a downstream effect of a lowered bucket, increased capacity, clear internal communication and healthy function.

DIET

You can soften your reactions by incorporating a histamine-free and reducing diet. There are foods that contain histamines and foods that do not, but do activate mediator release in the body once consumed, so avoiding both is key here. The caveat I have here is that I don’t consistently see this making a huge difference. For some, it is dramatic and for others, it doesn’t seem to do much other than stress them out further. So please consider your personal state and situation before jumping on a restrictive diet. If the burden of navigating foods is high for you, then the stress of it all can be just as activating for you as eating histamine-rich food… If you want my personal guidance around this, book a single session and put in the request your desire for histamine diet guidance and I can walk you through it.

SUPPLEMENTATION

Supplementation is so nuanced, especially with MCAS. You need to choose the most impactful forms and appropriate dosing titrations. Not all supplements are the same. In fact, most do not work when you have an overflowing capacity bucket, due the height of internal dysfunction this represents. You really need to know what you’re doing if you venture alone.

Also, these supplements will not resolve MCAS, they will only give relief when you take them. True recovery requires addressing your capacity bucket and resetting your body so that you are resilient and able to eat anything, live anywhere, and be amongst any type of person without a reaction.

Okay, now that I’ve said my piece here is my general list of natural supplements that can stand alone or be paired with medication for acute relief. May it offer you relief. If you need support with dosing, book here or join my concierge reset for my full involvement and care.

DAO (Diamine Oxidase)

  • Mechanism:

    • Enzyme that breaks down histamine in the small intestine before it enters the bloodstream. Only really works if you have mast cell reactions in the gut.

    • Helps prevent histamine overload from high-histamine foods.

    • Does not affect mast cell release of histamine or systemic histamine already circulating.

    • Especially useful for histamine intolerance, MCAS with GI symptoms, and reducing flares from food triggers.

  • Comparable to:

    • Digestive enzyme therapy, but specifically for histamine degradation in the gut.

    • Acts like a localized antihistamine in the gut, reducing histamine uptake rather than blocking receptors.

    • Complements H1 blockers (like loratadine) and mast cell stabilizers (like quercetin), but works through a different mechanism—histamine breakdown instead of receptor modulation or inhibition.

  • Ideal Form: very high-dose porcine-based capsule

QUERCETIN

  • Mechanism:

    • Mast cell stabilizer.

    • Inhibits histamine release and pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, TNF-α).

    • Modulates intracellular Ca²⁺ by blocking VGCCs.

  • Comparable to: Cromolyn sodium, H1 antihistamines.

  • Ideal Form: liposomal (the option below has low citrus oils, which normally I don’t recommend, but this blend work well for even my most sensitive clients)

  • Synergy: Works well with Vitamin C and CoQ10

VITAMIN C

  • Mechanism:

    • Stabilizes mast cells.

    • Antioxidant that reduces oxidative stress from EMFs.

    • Decreases histamine levels (both synthesis and blood concentration).

  • Comparable to: Antihistamines and anti-inflammatories.

  • Ideal Form: Camu Camu AND ascorbic acid, not just ascorbic, liposomal, avoid citrus oils

MAGNESIUM (especially Magnesium Threonate or Glycinate)

  • Mechanism:

    • Natural calcium antagonist – competes with Ca²⁺ entry via VGCCs.

    • Relaxes smooth muscle, supports nerve function, reduces hyperexcitability.

  • Comparable to: Calcium channel blockers (e.g., verapamil).

  • Ideal Form: Capsule, plus liquid. Bonus: body and foot baths with magnesium flakes

OMEGA FATTY ACIDS (EPA/DHA)

  • Mechanism:

    • Suppress inflammatory prostaglandins and leukotrienes (balance against arachidonic acid).

    • Reduce IL-6, TNF-α.

    • Stabilize cellular membranes, including mast cells.

  • Comparable to: Leukotriene inhibitors (e.g., montelukast).

  • Ideal Form: fresh cod liver oil

RESERVATOL

  • Mechanism:

    • Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory polyphenol.

    • Inhibits NF-κB activation and cytokine release.

    • Protective against EMF-induced oxidative damage.

  • Comparable to: NF-κB inhibitors, anti-inflammatory drugs.

  • Ideal Form: liposomal or liquid

CURCUMIN

  • Mechanism:

    • Potent inhibitor of histamine, prostaglandins, and leukotrienes.

    • Downregulates NF-κB and COX-2.

  • Comparable to: NSAIDs, anti-inflammatory biologics.

  • Ideal Form: Liquid, high bio-availability, avoid citrus oils and black pepper

GLUTATHIONE

  • Mechanism:

    • Master antioxidant.

    • Detox support and scavenging of reactive oxygen species.

    • Downregulate mast cell hyperactivity.

  • Comparable to: multiple IVs (these only last 15 minutes in the body…)

  • Ideal Form: topical spray (I LOVE AuroWellness) or high-dose liposomal

VITAMIN D3, K2 & A

  • Mechanism:

    • Immunomodulatory: helps balance Th1/Th2 response.

    • Can reduce mast cell-related inflammation and barrier dysfunction.

  • Comparable to: Immune modulators.

  • Ideal Form: High-bioavailability liposomal

MELATONIN

  • Mechanism:

    • Powerful antioxidant.

    • Modulates immune responses and protects against oxidative stress, especially in CNS.

    • May calm mast cell activation in brain tissue.

  • Ideal Form: plant-based and very low-dose
