Weekly Energetic Weather: Jan 19-25th

Overall Themes

There is something big in the air. The afterglow of the Capricorn moon and the feeling of the new calendar year brings a focus on structure and the tough slap of reality. It’s a beautiful wake up. Though not always pretty, it can be just what we need. As one who often lives in the dream world and creates magic in my head wherever I go, reality can feel like a harsh disciplinarian, but this weekend and week I’m sensing that she’s more like a caring protector. Calling out how good life can actually get, if we just rise to our full ability and acknowledge where we’ve been hiding or what truth we’ve been ignoring. It’s time to take ourselves out of possibility land, release the fantasy, and drop into the honest raw day to day earthiness of life. Stop projecting, hoping, wishing, avoiding and see clearly. To embrace organization, tasks, and hard work. To acknowledge that not everything comes effortlessly and quickly. To see the value in learning through challenge for the gift of resiliency.

I am getting tastes of what is possible when I dance in the waters of large-scale opportunity, but it’s owning the rituals of everyday effort and commitment that are the cost. Waking up each day ready to lean into the promise of a future by taking that tiny step forward, right now. I talked about this last week, the errors we Sensitives tend to run into – leaping too far too quickly to avoid the discomfort of the daily grindy shuffle or sitting too long in self-gratification over small victories. These can prevent us from blooming to our full potential. The energy of this week doesn’t want that for us. It’s calling us forward, presenting us with glimpses of something BIG, opening up our desires for another sort of life, and showing us it’s possible if we put in the work.

So the question for you and I is… are we willing? Are we willing to truly go for it? Are we willing to embrace the mystery that comes with investing everyday grit with no obvious promise of return or will we instead fall back on the comfort of controlling our state by remaining locked up in imaginary vision land?

There’s no room for denial or avoidance today. Talk straight with yourself. Be honest. Call out where you have fear, apprehension, retreat, worry. These areas will guide you to the truth. I’m not saying you can’t still have these and move forward, because this is 100% me, but instead it’s more about owning how you’re escaping reality too much. Imagination, creativity, dreaminess is a gift you possess. You are meant to embody this, but you can go too far. We need a healthy balance of 3D (physical reality) and 5D (flow states/the unseen ethereal world) energy within ourselves.

Okay, so here’s the real world step I took tonight to help own and clear my blocks to real world results. A combination of ethereal and self-facing action. You’re welcome to use this same ritual for yourself:

  1. I lit a beeswax candle.

  2. I wrote down in permanent marker the TRUTHS of my present state in the world, about myself, relationships, heart, past, present, etc. I had 10. I read these aloud and sat with them. Some of them were brutal, ones I had been mentally avoiding and explaining my way out of, some of them were surprising things that just landed after I had faced the first rough ones, and some were solidly in me but I just hadn’t yet said out loud. It was powerful.

  3. I then made another list of all that I was ready to clear and burn away from my body and mind. I wrote: I burn… then started with statements like: my feeling of …., then as I wrote I let whatever flowed into my mind be written down and it naturally progressed to bigger and deeper body states, pain from childhood, misuse and abuse in relationships, physical health conditions and more. I let God’s voice guide my natural train of thought, trusting that whatever came to me was real and needed to be cleared tonight.

  4. I then wrote out a few more truths at the bottom of this list. Statements that captured who I am now and who I will be this year, especially with the lightened load of all that I burn/release.

  5. I then read each statement I was ready to burn and torn these pages out of my journal, leaving the truths statements. I tore them into smaller pieces and lit each on fire, watching them burn and thanking God for the reset.

  6. I swept my hands over my body 3x saying it is finished and then stated out loud the truths of who I am now that I had written and sat in that energy soaking in the trust that I just initiated a new timeline and opened multiple doors. It is DONE.

May this week set you up for a year of dynamic clarity, conviction and the embodiment of what you always knew you could be and do in your lifetime. My love is with you and I am for you.

January 19th - Moon In Aquarius

Aquarius rules chronic illness. If this is your story. Come see me this week. I see you and we need to talk. This cannot be your story any longer. It also rules the cones of the eyes. Care for your vision this week. Cup your hands over both your eyes and close them for a gentle reset any time tonight and tomorrow.

January 20th - Moon Enters Pisces

Water, flow, fluidity, lymph, blood… pisces rules your liquids! Soak your body in water externally and keep your internal fluids high and moving. We’re coming out of winter and Capricorn energy which is very drying, so you may have some catch-up here needed with hydration and circulation. Fill up your body with nourishing spring water, hydrate your cells with minerals, and schedule yourself a massage if you can!

January 23rd - Moon Enters Aries

The head. Watch out for migraines, headaches, and overall pressure behind the eyes and heart during these days. Magnesium is your best friend. Don’t be afraid to heavy dose it! If you’re maxing out capsule capacity, go to topical with magnesium flakes in foot or body baths or even magnesium oil sprays or gels - apply to the bottom of your feet.

January 25th - Moon Enters Taurus

Nourish yourself. Brew some herbal hydrating tea. Wrap yourself in a blanket. Be tender and caring with your body. This is the time for being gentle and cozy. Avoid high-stress activities or people. Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries!
