Weekly Energetic Weather: 4.13-4.19.26
Overall Theme
To say this is a busy week is an understatement. The mood is active, strong, capable, and determined. Communication is getting direct and passionate, potentially fiery and impatient as well. You may have some potent and fascinating dreams on Thursday. Write them down. Then, in the wee hours of Friday, a New Moon in Aries arrives, jumpstarting new beginnings. I’ve already been feeling this and seeing it unfolding very strongly,y and it’s only Monday! Wherever Aries energy rules your life, you will FEEL this and SEE shifts. Check your chart. Aries is my sun and the home of my mind/thoughts, as well as how I communicate. It guides all the themes of my 3rd house. Where is yours? Get curious. This ancient system can provide great strategic insight for relationships, growth, and, believe it or not, lots of humility! It shows your strengths as well as your vulnerabilities and self-sabotage tendencies. It’s quite insightful if you enjoy studying human behavior and, like me, desire catalysts for growth. I’m obsessed with studying the patterns of humans in my life and observing my own choices as well. If you ever want to nerd out with me, come see me sometime, and I’ll use my obsessive research crazy on your personal astro map ;).
On a broader scale, we are transitioning from impulse to intention, from rapid to taking our time, from annoyed to stubborn.
You may still not know exactly where you’re headed, but you're trekking forward. You have wind behind you, and you’re grateful for the support. Let it guide you from behind. You don’t have to drive. Just put your energy forward, and you’ll be directed by God, like a hand at your back. The connection is there, and it’s sweet, blissful if you lean into it. Let God’s downloads sink in and bring you to a place of euphoria. It’s truly heaven on earth. Fire meets earth - alive and grounded. If anything overwhelming comes your way, step back and see it softly and innocently. Allow divine wisdom to cover you and let yourself be a child for a moment – purity in hope and trust. You’re not just leaning in, you’re leaning back, against that hand, going almost limp as you’re guided forward and through and up and over. A tender figure, but a happy and open one. Releasing the mind and letting the body and heart decide. This is where God lives. When your mind wants to run - allow it for a minute, then let it go. Honor your humanity, your reality, instead of your possibilities, projections, and pressures.
Lastly, the sensual season is walking towards us, and we can already feel the pull. It starts Sunday. This means…. Get cozy. Find your lover. Feed yourself. Schedule that date. Cuddle. Soak in that bath. Move outside. Make memories and cherish them. Savor. Savor. Savor.
May you fully experience and LIVE this fascinating week. Good is coming. In fact, it’s already here. Can you see it? Allow it to open up even further. Lean back.
Whether it’s a high or low week, it doesn’t actually matter because ALL of life is for you.
Love to you 🤎
Moon Schedule
The moon gives you a FREE BODY SCAN. The moon energy highlights areas of your body. If these areas are thriving, you’ll glow. If not, it’ll show! Tune in and get an easy update on the state of your body through the consistent moon activity.
MOON in Pisces | 4.13
FLUIDS. Your body’s water, not just in the cells but intercellularly, receives focus and may ask for help under this moon. Stay hydrated by drinking continuously throughout the day and getting your activating minerals in to make sure your cells can open their doors to the water. Magnesium, potassium and more are required otherwise, the door stays locked. Add trace minerals to your daily water or a pinch of sea salt orrrr eat mineral-rich food! Seafood is one of the easiest routes. Get yourself some fresh sushi at the start of this week! Also, move. your. lymph. Walk, swing, sauna, stretch, jump to get your fluids circulating from the top of your head to the tips of your toes - this is how we make sure everything in our body touches our immune system and moves through our detox organs. In other words, this is how we stay light, fresh, clean, strong, and healthy!
MOON enters Aries | 4.15
HEAD. Anyone who carries symptoms from the neck up should always be aware of Aries moons, especially since we have so much energy in general in Aries right now. Pay attention to your head health. Eyes, mouth, brain, mind/thoughts, skin, neck, sinuses - they are going to be speaking up if they need attention. Don;t ignore it. Meet it. If you need help, come see me. Magnesium - the chant I will never quit. Swallow it. Apply it. Soak in it.
MOON enters Taurus | 4.17
Be in your BODY. This is the time to love on yourself - literally. Get a massage or self-massage. Get hands on you. Cook for yourself or ask someone that loves you to do it. Eat food that makes you melt. Sleep long and deeply. Let yourself have space to recover and lounge. Your body needs to know it can have days off too. Best nutrient for taurus? Iodine. I like to apply it typically because it’s the most nourishing approach, and I can support vulnerable tissues like the breasts. Apply it anywhere you’d like. It is a dark orange/yellow, but it’ll fade as it absorbs. By the way, the more iodine you need the faster it disappears. It’s actually one of my top cancer-prevention tools. I’m currently enjoying a season where I’m applying it 1-2x a day. I’ll definitely be doing this under the Taurus moon and throughout the Taurus season, starting Sunday.
MOON enters Gemini | 4.19
Wrists and tendons are influenced by Gemini, so if you notice inflammation or tightness or cracking at this time, give your body support! Inflammation? Check for toxin buildup. Tightness? Check your nervous system. Just how contracted and stressed are you? Time to soften and open. Try flower essences! Cracking? Mineral need! Add more mineral-rich foods, like seafood, bone broth, nettle leaf infusion… and if you're not sure you can test for all of these symptoms to get more targeted and clear information! Order labs here.
Your astrological map is a powerful tool to understand sources of chronic symptoms, health blocks, your body’s vulnerabilities and strengths, and the best preventative measures to stay strong, youthful, vibrant, and dis-ease free. I can introduce you to your map in my single session or use your astrology to dive very deep as a part of your Concierge Reset.
Sunshine Papaya Bowl & Homemade GF Granola
beauty breakfast series
This bowl is all about feeling GOOD. Ingredients are chosen to make this breakfast light, while giving you the most nutrients possible. Energy and a lifted mood follow this breakfast!
Juicy, reviving papaya… nothing says warm vacation like a fresh melt-in-your-mouth ripe bite of papaya. I’ve been known to tackle whole papayas in one sitting, okay, like almost every time I bring one home, it’s gone within an hour. I’m obsessed. My whole body comes alive, and I just get so… happy.
Packed with vitamins and nourishing hydration, its top effect is enzymatic. Papaya gets your gut moving and in a way is a sort of cleanse as it breaks down and clears out your large intestine. Any kind of bloating or back-up or discomfort can be relieved with the savoring of this vibrant tropical fruit. I would describe my abdomen as deeply peaceful and relaxed after my papaya meals, oh, and again sooo happy, smiling all over the place like a girl with a crush. Filled with whole sheep yogurt and topped with homemade gluten-free granola and fresh berries, it’s gorgeous to behold. So it’s your turn. If you haven’t brought sunshine into your morning routine in a while… this papaya bowl is calling your name!
I have to give the spotlight to sheep yogurt for a hot minute, because this food is just about perfect. It is one of the most easily digestible high proteins around. Let’s get nerdy for a moment. While sheep dairy has a much higher protein content than cow dairy, the composition of the protein is dynamically different. Sheep is made up of mostly A2 -casein, instead of the heavy and irritating A1 found commonly in cow-based dairy. Sheep also has less lactose and a unique form of “curd” that is less activating to the immune system. So this means that 1 cup of cow vs 1 cup of sheep will hit very differently. You’ll get more protein (and calcium and magnesium) and feel as light as a feather while doing it! Goat is similar, but not quite as amazing as sheep. For anyone who has allergies or digestive distress with cow dairy, I highly recommend giving sheep and goat a go.
Lastly, this homemade granola is a fun and delicious twist. Not your usual gluten-free recipe. I’m definitely on a black sesame seed kick these days, so of course they made their way in. If you're not already incorporating this beautifying food into your life… start NOW. It has remarkable effects, especially for skin and hair growth and color. Gojis are reviving to the adrenals, skin, and eyes due to their high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C. Sprouted oats are a tasty way to get in both soluble (beta-glucan) and non-soluble clean-up-the gut fiber! Pumpkin seeds are a delicious source of zinc, and molasses is rich in iron and potassium. Stabilized with the almond butter and seeds, your granola will give you steady energy for the rest of the day, especially when paired so perfectly with the high protein and fat content of the sheep yogurt! It’s honestly so tasty, you can enjoy it on its own. I’d pour it into a bowl and just cover it with my favorite high-protein soy milk by Eden Foods if I wanted a light breakfast, snack, or girl dinner. Cherrio!

Drizzle with Honey to finish and enjoy right away
If I Have To Heal PMDD In 3 Months, These Are My 7 Steps
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is not just the intense form of PMS, it’s the downstream effect of multiple organ systems going offline. There is a brain/mood layer, a gut microbiome layer, a digestive function layer, a brain-to-uterus-to-ovary communication and adequate hormone production layer, a toxin layer, and an emotional/spiritual/trauma layer. If I received this diagnosis today and said - no, this will not be my future - and claimed healing for myself in the next 3 months, I wouldn’t just sit on that hope, I would do something about it to properly manifest it. This would be my personal map for the next 90 days, as a practitioner and sensitive artist:
1. Immediate Rescue
Right away, I will get support for my mood and motivation by ordering a Neurotransmitter panel (Brain/Mood + Stress) Panel and a Complete Blood Chemistry Panel.
I most likely will see a depletion of serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine in my neuro results, leading to depression, anxiety, overwhelm, loss of focus, heightened sensitivity to pain, and inability to self-motivate, but it all depends on my personal health history, current digestive capabilities, diet, and emotional load. Based on my personal neurotransmitter levels, I will start rebuilding with natural non-addictive supports, like tryptophan or 5-HTP for serotonin or dl-phenylalanine for dopamine, as well as nutrients that are required for neuro conversion, like niacinimide for dopamine to norepinephrine or iron for tyrosine to dopamine.
Based on my blood chemistry, I will make a plan to address any anemia, support any low thyroid function, note any mineral or vitamin deficiencies, and test my gut microbiome and cell mediator reactions, if showing signs of dysbiosis, immune dysregulation and/or autoimmunity, and inflammation.
2. Honest Life Review
With this support and a structured plan in place, I will then spend a few days re-evaluating my life and taking a big step back from anyone or anything that I feel is consuming and not returning in equal measure.
As a Sensitive, my body will naturally hold the energy of those I am around. My default is to merge states, so either I master holding my energetic boundaries (which I have clearly not if I have PMDD) or I acknowledge that at this time in my life, the person/circumstance/job has too strong a pull to navigate in my current condition.
This is a tough choice, but I only have 3 months to heal, and I have to make an internal decision and move forward with what my body is asking for - it’s my first priority, my first call of stewardship. I may revisit once my body is no longer signaling distress and my ability to energetically contain myself is natural and easy.
3. Targeted Supplements & Food
Next, as soon as I have enough capacity and space, I will add in additional support through targeted supplements and food shifts. Again, guided by the test results and my symptoms.
I’ll start with dramatically increasing my daily magnesium uptake through capsules, foot/body baths and topical gels or oils, especially 2 weeks prior to my next bleed. This is proactive support for my final week of my luteal phase. I can expect to be cramp-free and potentially pain-free after 2-3 cycles.
I will eat 3-6 meals a day to communicate safety to my body, to take it out of the primal alarm state, pumping cortisol or draining my liver/kidney/spleen reserves. I will focus on foods that align with my blood type and my Human Design digestive wiring. I will have a healing, balancing hot tonic (full of powdered forms of nutrients I need) and eat within 1 hour of waking, and a small nourishing snack 30 minutes before bed.
Once I’ve mastered this rhythm, then I will slowly begin increasing the quality of my food, if this is not already in place.
I’ll then begin incorporating royal bee jelly and a yeast-free B complex that has incredibly high levels of B12, B9/Folate, B5 and B6 vitamins, and because I have the potential for an MTHFR mutation activation, I will take the methylated versions.
I will weave in adaptogens and other such balancing supplements that support the reduction of cortisol and the nourishment of my ovaries, uterus, brain, thyroid, and adrenals.
4. Hormone Testing
At about 1 month, or at my next luteal phase, I will collect a urine and salivary hormone panel to see my levels right before I bleed. I might see reduced, if not fully menopausal, levels of progesterone, moderate to high levels of my estrogens, and signs that my body is struggling to clear estrogens, cortisol, and cortisone.
Based on my results, I will bring in herbal supports to rebalance, and if my levels are deeply depleted, I’ll consider bio-identical oral supplementation, acknowledging I will need to retest every 4 months until the levels stabilize or show no further need of bio-identical support.
5. Nightly Pattern Reflection
After all my support is layered in, I’ll start keeping a nightly journal to note what happens each month (emotion, career, relationships, dreams, growth, disappointment).
The week before my period, I will read it all and determine the intensity level of my month. Based on this, I will increase or maintain my support to ease the next period, as every one of my periods is a direct reflection of the intensity of my previous month.
I will also note my remaining symptoms and reorder them according to the strongest impact. Whichever is my number one will become my focus, because this is the loudest message from my body, therefore the current priority (even if I want to focus on something else…).
6. Sleep Reset
If I am still struggling with sleep after all the above, I’ll use my emotional body map to determine what organ systems need support and what emotions I need to face and release at the body level through my voice, movement, massage, tapping, and energetic vibration. When I wake at these times, I’ll speak to that organ system with gentle kindness and place my hand where possible to hold, rub or pat as I feel intuitively led.
I’ll formulate a flower remedy using my subconscious swing to test the essences and then, out of curiosity, see how aligned it is with what I note on my body map. There will be a strong connection and possibly one or two surprises that reveal more of my subconscious state to me.
7. 90 Day Mark Review
If my next cycle is not significantly different, showing enough dynamic improvement to fall off the PDMM diagnosis requirements, then I’ll continue my support until I experience a luteal phase that is grounded, peaceful, creative and happy, a period that is completely pain-free and only a little tender or sensitive emotionally (this is natural, it’s a time of natural vulnerability and rest), and a follicular phase that is energized, light and focused.
I like to see the shifts on labs, so I will retest my blood chemistry and neurotransmitter panels at the 4-month mark, just to show myself how far I’ve come or how to adjust for future support.
At this point, I most likely will be weaning off my amino acid and conversion nutrients (saving them in my toolkit in case I find myself here again), and building out a more minimal maintenance protocol.
If my gut and thyroid show a much deeper need for care and rebalancing, then I will step into a reset season with a well-versed practitioner to get to the original cause of my diagnosis of PMDD, so that I don’t find myself here again in 6 months!
May this map offer you hope, because there IS hope! You are not here to suffer. Straight up, this is not a normal or acceptable way to live. Do not take this diagnosis lying down. It is common, but not healthy. Your body is asking for your help. Lean in and honor it before it gets louder and more unbearable. You can do this, but if it feels impossible to walk alone, I’m here. This is why I created Mêrfleur. Book a session here to make a plan. Love to you.
Weekly Energetic Weather: 4.6-4.12.26
Overall Theme
From a dammed-up flow to a flash flood, you’re going to break out! This week is bringing us back to a place of structured action. We’ve been moving a bit over the last few weeks, but it’s felt somewhat chaotic, back and forth, and unpredictable. A deeper level of internal resistance remained, like the door was finally unlocked but very heavy, and its hinges were rusty, and it dragged on the floor every time you tried to pull it open… Well, on Thursday, that door gets lighter, the hinges are oiled smooth, and the pull will feel surprisingly light. You may even feel a little bit of that momentum starting today. I know I have!
Initiation over waiting. Steps over stillness. It’s time to go! Something in your life has been building, creating stress and frustration. Perhaps a plan went sideways or what you anticipated never appeared, or (due to the straight-up insanity of the state of the world) you have felt powerless, hopeless, and lost. Well, it’s time to gently set aside the disappointment, confusion, or pity party. You’re ready to do something about it. Victimhood is not the mood this week. Your heroic, hopeful, and purposeful steps will be rewarded with the energy, ease, and support that’s been missing. You’ll have a breeze behind you to fill your sails.
That being said, the seas may become quite stormy (if they aren’t already!), but the invitation is to face them with inner strength - to see the challenges as opportunities for growth, and preparedness for a higher calling or an unexpected, powerful responsibility coming your way. Reframe. reframe, reframe. And keep going.
Last week and this week are hitting core parts of my design and personality, so I’ve been in this deeply. The lesson that keeps coming back to me is this – stay OPEN. Despite what comes or doesn’t come, regardless of how you’re treated or seen, in spite of the odds and the possibly frightening landscape, stay tender, stay soft, stay vulnerable, stay expanded. Keep going. It’s so so easy for me to lean away when people and their motivations or work and its fluctuations or finances and its power do not behave in ways that feel safe and stable. It can rock me to my core and activate my old survival patterns of shutting down, contracting, and choosing to hole up in my own little heavenly hermit land. My own world feels so good and nourishing (I’m verrrry good at making a healing space), and I can be tempted to stay there and never leave, but deep down I know I’m made for so much more. And that “so much more” pushes me and pulls me until I get back up again, thank goodness.
The feel of this week is this very energy. It’s this longing for it all to just come easily and safely, and yet it, well, just doesn’t – creating a frustration so big that it propels you forward. “No more” becomes - “it’s time!” The energy, the drive, the movement is now sparked and fueled by the very irritation that only last week sent you into passivity, avoidance, and distraction! In other words…victimhood. So in a twist of fate… thank you? to the cause of this agitation! Allowing yourself to laugh and be lighthearted about hard, uncontrollable or maddening situations is in so many ways GOOD MEDICINE. So take a gentle look at what’s available to you today, in this moment, even if it doesn’t feel like enough, or you don’t feel like enough. Once you get rolling, it may be far easier than you anticipated. I believe in you.
If you are unable to get out of a hole emotionally, mentally or physically, despite the shift in energy this week, then you have confirmation that something is truly off with you, and THIS is a sign to get supported. Outside care is your first step, not pushing through or closing off. Reach out. Ask for help. Own your needs. This is one of the most powerful actions you can take this week. All it costs is your pride. You can do it. Send the message. Love you.
Here we go! :)
Moon Schedule
The moon gives you a FREE BODY SCAN. The moon energy highlights areas of your body. If these areas are thriving, you’ll glow. If not, it’ll show! Tune in and get an easy update on the state of your body through the consistent moon activity.
MOON in Sagittarius | 4.6
Hips and thighs and the blood flow around them is highlighted under this moon. This can affect menstruation intensity or loss. It can bring aches and pains if we have inflammation in the bones, muscles, fascia and joints. It can. cause breakouts of infections or as simple as ingrown hairs in these areas, because it’s very tied to blood flow and heat or lack thereof. If you have any past injuries, like sciatica - it could be cranky over this moon. Don’t panic. Use gentle supports, like Arnica gel rubbed in over the sore and inflamed regions or gently massage with a light oil like jojoba oil to break up any congestion under the skin. Move your body with care, not pushing or forcing, unless you feel strong here, then you may find yourself suddenly craving a run, sprinting up a flight of stairs, and challenging yourself with weight lifting.
MOON enters Capricorn | 4.8
Mars is entering Aries on the 9th, so this moon in Cap is going to feel verrrrry entrepreneurial. Like structured, focused drive! Your body? Think head and skin/joints/gut connect. Any imbalances in these regions will show up as a glow (let’s shoot for this!) or trouble (inflammation, breakouts, mental fogginess, overwhelm, intestinal cramping, constipation, bloating). I’d be ramping up magnesium dosing (adding 1-2 capsules at night or weaving in a foot bath) and adding chlorella (tablets - broken cellular wall) or chlorophyll (concentrated liquid) to my days to keep me balanced and cool during a potentially rigid and heated moment for my body. Really focus on getting to sleep by 10 PM, low blue light for the 30-60 minutes beforehand as well for deep sleep, cause you’re going to need it!
MOON enters Aquarius | 4.10
Aqua rules the electrical systems of the body, which are run by minerals. So, let’s do a mineral level check! Feeling depressed and hair falling out - consider iron. Stiff and tense - consider magnesium. Wired but tired - consider copper. Waterlogged and faint - consider potassium. Struggling to take adrenal or thyroid-focused supplements, but have a slow metabolism and other symptoms of hypothyroid - consider selenium. Get hungover easily or sensitive to sulfites in wine - consider molybdenum. Use this moon to witness what your body needs from a mineral perspective.
